  1. Hope you're wrong Pleasure.
  2. If rovers really want Dunn, then he will refuse Boltons offer. He wont turn down rovers if they want him, - it's nothing to do with rovers not wanting to pay £2m.
  3. He's injured.
  4. An Everton fan was slagging our support this morning on talk sport. He said we were offered 6000 tickets and only took 600 fans. Of course he didn't mention the open spaces in the home ares.
  5. OK everyone, on topic please.
  6. I have already quoted JW mum, so why do people not believe it - they must think either me, or him is lying?
  7. "The average revenue per seat, per match at Ewood Park is £13. Relatively little room remains, if any, for further discounting which would inevitably lead to “prostituting” the ticket price" From JW at a meeting with BRISA. What that actually means, is that the average money taken per person is £13. It's not too difficult to work out either, if you consider everything. - ie, how much the average ST holder pays per game, how much senior citizens/juniors pay per game.
  8. That came from BRISA, after a discussion with JW. Yes it's right.
  9. A groin "pull" is the same as a strain. If the strain is severe it causes the muscle fibres to "tear"
  10. It isn't now. I WAS only joking pleasure.
  11. Any more off topic posts will be deleted fellas.
  12. "Franny had a tear, it wasn't as if it was just a groin strain, so we've had to wait until that's repaired," said Hughes, whose side faces Everton in the FA Cup on Sunday. Citizen Hey pleasure, you've got to be better than that to get past ol' Den.
  13. Wonder how their season ticket holders will react to that?
  14. They wont get anywhere near that figure, from anyone. It's like rovers asking £2m for Lucas. The buying club hold all the aces, especially when the player has made his mind up which club he wants to join.
  15. The only official report I've heard is the torn groin - which would keep anyone out for a long time. You are the only source reporting a virus and as for the link from the times - how would they know?
  16. According to Mark Hughes, Jeffers has a torn groin.
  17. That's about right 92er.
  18. Well, you can get away with one average/poor striker as long as the other one is top class. Try to imagine a forward line with two Mattys' in. We would hardly win a game IMO. That's some kind of gauge of how far Matt has to go yet. That's all.
  19. Yes, you're right, it might sound that way. Got to point out though, that I was one of those shouting " Oh Matty, Matty. - Matty Matty, Matty, Matty Derbyshire." At full voice. He will and does get my full support as does every [including Lucas] rovers player. As for his future - we will see. He has a LONG way to go.
  20. Not going to tell lies about him Fife, just because he's only 20. He's done nothing yet. I did say "yet".
  21. He's not been any surprise BRY. At the moment, he isn't up to it. Sounds horrible doesn't it. Just being honest in the way I see things.
  22. If rovers were to have played every game this season, with two Matty's in attack, we would inevitably have been relegated. Don't get carried away. Derbs is no where near good enough to start games - yet.
  23. Then you justify that by saying it's because he scored. By that criteria, Derbyshire shouldn't have appeared because Nonda and Benni should have had 5 games apiece. You can't just elevate someone because of one tap in. You have to pick your best side don't you? BTW, apart from the tap in, he did little else - as you will know.
