Sheff Utd just got promoted to the Prem with 5 players who were with them in League 1 PLUS they also spent less than Rovers last summer. What you perhaps need to realise is that they did this because they have a quality manager. When you say it will be difficult for us to reach the play offs I agree - for the simple reason that we don't have a quality manager. We just have an average manager.

Disingenuous. Mowbray said the target was 60 points about a month before the end of the season. The actual target at the start of the season was the PO's - Evans let that slip. If the target is top 6 this season and Mowbray finishes 7th he has failed. Simple as that.
