  1. As I'm not a season ticket holder this year, I've been to one game so far this season, Everton at home and that costed me £36. I didn't know the cost of the ticket as I went and got my ticket at aboout 6.30pm that evening but since I was there I thought I might as well. City at home this weekend, I'm not going, won't pay £30+ and extra costs a few pints etc when I can happily watch the game for nothing. I'll go to the Wigan game as it'll be my last one I'll have chance to go to one for a while. Since we're in UEFA we all knew that some games were going to be moved. But I didn't know it was so many, hence why one of my mates who works on Sunday's, didn't renew his season ticket and goes when he feels like it now.
  2. Too expensive, end of. I haven't got a season ticket this season, not because of the cost but because I won't be able to go many games this season, anyway I decided to go to the Everton game. £36 it cost me for where I used to sit in the Blackburn End. I know I could have sat in the Outer bit of the Riverside but that's not the point. I wanted to sit where I my mate was and where I know plenty of people I can have a chat to and what have you. I admit, when I was in Ewood Arms before the game it did cross my mind, "I've just bought a ticket for £36 and it's on here for free" I didn't bother with the Chelsea game, I couldn't afford another game at that price and it was on telvision. Man City could be the next game that I might go to, £32 in BBE or £24 in the outer block of the Riverside. I'm not too sure yet, if it's on foreign tele I might go for that. Over the last season I've become dis-illusioned with football, rip off prices, games at 12pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm what next? When it's on foreign tv for free, have a few pints watching it and it doesn't cost you much, it's no wonder people are going for that. As much as Rovers have given good prices for season tickets, very good value IMO, a season ticket is 19 game commitment. If people can't make more than just a few it's not worth it, like myself this season and then when a ticket is in the region of £30 on average, you do feel ripped off.
  3. I've found some decent flights to Munich, anyone know how far Munich is away from Salzburg on a train?
  4. Found a decent flight I think, got to wait for SAS to find out what's going on with him. Any decent places to stay in Salzburg?
  5. Let us know Lee, if there are only 700 tickets, not being a season ticket holder this season what chance do I have getting a ticket?
  6. Abbey Try Blackpool Pleasure Beach Can't remember the exact website, but if you book in advance you can get all day tickets for £15 and if you get about three you get the fourth one free, (I think) Whereas if you go on the day, it costs about £30 for the all day ticket. Decent day out on the rides anyway.
  7. I thought it was poor to be honest. Funny in parts, first 45 minutes is good then it sort of drags on. Not as good as the first one and Orlando Bloom is an idiot.
  8. David Dunn has the ' the big i am ' attitude when he's out.
  9. Horrific injury but it's got nothing to do with us. Move on.
  10. I doubt it, no more than 13k for the first game.
  11. Good to hear, you got a link from what Bellamy said?
  12. Forgot about potentially finishing 5th. We need Arsenal to lose both games, City away and Wigan at home they've got. Whether they rest more players than they did at Sunderland I don't know, after one of their players got injured the other day, might persuade Wenger to rest a few more. At least everyone can enjoy the game on Sunday, no pressure either. Rovers 2 - 0 City
  13. If I can afford it and make it, I'll be there.
  14. Didn't Dunn have a trial at Burnley first? I'd have Reid over him every time now.
  15. The attendance doesn't surprise me. It's boring, going round and round in circles talking about it. People don't come, so be it. But they're missing out on some very good football.
  16. I'm still un-decided on who I want. Looks to be a toss of a coin between McClaren and Big Sam. Big Sam seems to be wanting more, from what he has said after the Spurs game. But McClaren looked a bit smug when he was asked a few questions after tonight's game.
  17. What a day. Steve Bruce in tears as well at the end of that day. When Redknapp scored, god I very nearly cried.
  18. Most of them are probably from Blackburn anyway.
