Bank can't call the loan as it'll be a financial scandal that would implicate themselves as its public monies bank and risk other business already with john, as John has a business empire. John has no choice but let business die natural death slowly as the business is one of public interest and he can't sell as auditing will happen. John won't improve the business as it'll catch public eye and he won't let business shrink as he can't show the appropriate losses, even though eventually this will happen. And to make matters worse the patrons of this business humiliated John when he visited his store. Ego was hurt Hope you liked the story.
