I agree 100%. Bennett was excellent there but the knock on was the energy went flat in CM for some games until Evans put a few shifts in.

When he first played, his first touch was a throw in. Game by Game, he improved and I think you have summed up his contribution perfectly. The team missed him massively when he was injured and I look forward to watching him this season.

I honestly think that Travis will make the step up this season. From what I've seen, I like the energy that he brings in a similar way that Bennett does and Savage did.

A bit of an off-shoot of your post but I only saw the Everton highlights yesterday. I was massively impressed with Dack, especially how he used his strength in and around the box. If we keep him fit, he is going to do very well for us. Like you imply though, we need to be competing above 14/15 to keep players like that at the club.

I think we'll sign Armstrong for around the £1m mark but through fear of injuries, pass on Chapman. I honestly think that Chapman will have a super career though. Unfortunately, we don't have the money to gamble with.
