  1. True, but we don't have the old goat mumbling into his lemon drizzle this time, we have JDT in that way 😉
  2. Special thought for Sunderland fans experiencing their first death spiral
  3. Szomodics been the key in the last few games for me as well, perhaps Dacky getting injured was a bit of a blessing as I'm not sure Sammie would've got in prior to that - would never wish any injury on Dacky or anyone else saying that.
  4. Absolutely superb result, a Rovers team to be proud of, haven't felt that in a long, long time. Dom Hyam by the way, some signing that.
  5. Their manager standing in the gantry is pissing me off as well, what a prick
  6. Predictable outcome, the basis of our appeal was even more spurious than the initial noises from the club made it sound. Will there be consequences for the inept clowns that our horrendous owners have employed? Probably not. I would actually exclude GB in that lot, at least he held his hands up whilst our tubby CEO a continues to hide in the shadows and collect is huge wages.
  7. How did JRC's Mum or Dad lose the 'we arent having Rankin as part of a double barrel with Costello' argument? Joe Costello is a name befitting his form this season.
  8. They'll be bang up for it and Ainsworth will get them giving their all for the shirt as a minimum. I'm predicting a lot of grit not a lot of quality and a hard to watch 0-0 On another note I wonder what Sunderland fans think of Tony's first death spiral. They probably don't even realise they're in one yet in fairness

  10. Welcome to Tony Mowbray, Sunderland fans. You'll need to get used to losing games you really shouldn't
  11. Share the love please, it's not exclusive to Mercer losing £££ on football
  12. I'm trying not to feel like my instinct is directly linked with him being on the bench
  13. Totally agree, the longer this drags out the more accountability gets glossed over & eventually forgotten, so it plays into the hands of the people on the ground at the club that were culpable in this mess to push the appeal and now the arbitration angle. I just can't see how this ends with O'Brien being a Rovers player, shame as we really need to start taking these opportunities to get in the play offs as with our current owners we are unlikely to get in that position often.
