Worth pointing out the injury situation which is suddenly as bad again as it was before Christmas.
So very difficult to judge Eustace especially when there were spectacularly abysmal individual performances today no coach cancelled prepare for
Fair point.
Everything points to Pune, though. Another season sabotaged from India!

We are running a league 1 budget right now that's why we are where we are.
Almost as if it was intended because even those idiots running Ewood knew the risk.
Almost?

Great performance from the team. feared the worst but we were as good as them. Same old story, not enough class up front to play that final ball in and to convert.
Sad way to lose out.
Best thing about tonight, didn't we defend well?
Hope we have some energy left for the weekend, that's a big worry.
At least it's only Tuesday!

London has a transient population who never stand still long enough to perceive anything much other than where the next gap in the traffic / queue is, and you could walk round painted blue and white and no-one would bat an eyelid.
Back to this evening. I've had to disappoint two ardent barcodes who wanted to go to the game with me, as I felt it might get awkward for all kinds of reasons regardless of the score if they were ensconced with me either in the JW Upper or Riverside. Sadly, even these days and in my 60s, I've still got one eye / ear open for the prospect of things kicking off, although I have certainly no appetite for wading in like I might have when I was in my teens and 20s.
I think we are going to get battered this evening, with perhaps a consolation goal to take away some of the pain. Oh of course I'll be delighted if we can somehow pull a rabbit out of the hat, but let's face it, this is probably the end of the line this year, for this group of players.
Bring on the barcodes.
Send on the chickens.
Gird your loins with Waggott Out banners
Shout out for Lancashire and all that might have been.
COYB!
Send in the Raos...
Don't bother they're here.....STILL

Yep i think all the venky waggott, etc.. Shenanigans created a very convenient smoke screen for him in the end
I was wondering about that.
Probably convenient for Swag too. A cheap way to rid himself of a turbulent manager, who openly satirised his bullshit.

We could easily make a load of changes, so yes, we absolutely could make a weak side even weaker.
Well, isn't that Venky's modus operandi?

A really interesting appointment and I'll be curious to see how he adapts to international football. I suppose with having fewer games he won't have to deal with dullards like Waggott and Pasha on a regular basis.
I wish him well and I will watch Sweden wherever possible and remember him with fondness.
Ad I'd be curious to know if soundings had been made before his fall out with Maggott..

2 years, 1 of which is suspended. Presumably he's on bail pending appeal or something like that.
He pledge not guilty but was identified in court as the person responsible and still gets such a non sentence.
Chair will have to sit deeper..

Is it worth anyone actually asking people at the club where the money from the Wharton sale is right now? Is it in our UK bank account? Has it been transferred overseas? Whose money is it? Will it show as a transaction on our income statement / balance sheet? Has it gone into reserves, or is it being used as working capital? Or has Fat Boy Balaji just snorted it up his odious nostrils or worse? I'd kinda like to know...
Western Union?....Cayman Islands? Dubai?

Good guess!
However, after following Rovers home, away and in Europe for cica 60 years, circa 50 years as a season ticket holder, I don’t need lectures! I can readily recall my dad taking me down to Johnny Forbes on Northgate for my first season ticket as a 5 year old.
Whilst we have, IMO, imbecilic owners and an equally imbeciilic CEO, I will not be setting foot in Ewood Park again.
For those who swallow all the, IMO, Waggott sh1te then good luck.
So sorry to read this, Mercer.
I feel your pain.
Fck off, Venky's...and the FA and everyone, who has colluded with this scenario.
I always wondered why the Rovers focused Dispatches programme never went out back in 2012 or whenever it was. As for Jim White and his "Venky's, we're coming for you", don't make me laugh!
There really is nobody out there to come to our aid.
I hope the forthcoming TV game is a start of something...

It’ll obviously be tough, but there’s a reason all those teams are down the bottom like we are, they tend not to be very good! It would take a hell of a lot of things happening for us to go down.
They have been happening for weeks!
Hope you are right, but I have felt we would go down for weeks....and that was before another disastrous Indian window.
Fck off, Venky's!

Anyone else notice how JDT was gone within a week of suggesting people should 'ask Suhail'
He'd spent 8 months taking the piss out of Waggott with some of his press comments and nothing happened.
But the second he references Shadow Man his time is brought to an end.
Perhaps shows the rankings here and just how determined they are to keep him hidden
I understand some of the protest groups have been concerned about Shadow Man for several years.
He is said to be the conduit to Venky's, but I think he is probably the commander in Chief in Blackburn. Has he even got a work permit yet?
At best, I believe Waggott is a mere cardboard executive officer....
Anyway, to quote mad Uncle Donald, we need to drain the swamp.
Venky's and their maggotts out!!

Greg is done. My guess is that he’s working an extended notice period to hand over / end the several aspects of his role.
The writing was on the wall as soon as the McGuire deal got pulled and then Waggot started signing players and a manager from his little black book
IF they keep the DOF role, it wouldnt surprise me to see Jonty get it. That’s what he’s aiming for.
Lets see…
That would be my best guess too...
-
I guess Gregg and his team had been working for a while on the detail of this, as a permanent signing.
Then at the 11th hour Venky's -via Suhail and Maggott- told them the money was withdrawn.
I think the problems started from there.
I would expect Greg to be on his way at the end of the season. Amazed that he has not walked out already!

I think we're going down this season. There's no fight in this team and we just sold our only standout player for half his value.

A woeful "performance". Thoroughly dispiriting.. Offered little or nothing.. So many chances for Brum to score.
Deep trouble.

He had a very prestigious cup win at Arsenal too. I couldn't help thinking about that the other night..
