  1. Phil Taylor just hit two 9 darters to win the Premier League Darts Final against defending champion James Wade in a thrilling match. I actually lost count at how many 180s there were in the match. Sensational match :!:
  2. Can anyone confirm if this is him? If it is then James Thomas now plays for Young Heart Manawatu in New Zealand. Ex-Rovers Stuart Munro is their manager.
  3. He should have been applauded, not sent off. Balotelli is a right numpty!
  4. To be fair, without Jack's vision and the money to achieve it, we wouldn't have won the league as we wouldn't have attracted the players we did to the club. McClaren is just saying that they didn't have similar finances at his club to support their ambitions but as a small town club like Blackburn, they shared and experienced a similar dream of winning the league against the big boys. Fair play to him!
  5. I was too busy cheering Fulham on to really appreciate the sensational goal scored by Simon Davies. Brilliant pass and the control to set himself up was superb. Excellent, excellent goal!
  6. Petric just scored a cracking goal for Hamburg in tonights Semi Final. Fulham have it all to do now.
  7. Yeah about 40 people have mentioned that already! Only kidding. Great spot!
  8. Looks likely to feature in their remaining games too. Be interesting to see just how good he's turned out.
  9. I really hope he does it. Good luck to him. It will be interesting to see whether he stays in Holland if a good job opportunity arises in England. I'm sure there will be plenty of clubs wishing to talk to him considering how well he's done since leaving the England job.
  10. After reading that article it just confirms that the deal was good for both Blackburn and Benni McCarthy. Unfortunately it looks like West Ham are the losers out of the 3 parties.
  11. Great start for Man Utd against Bayern in the Champs League. Rooney after a minute!
  12. Couldn't find any on that website and www.tshirts365.com seems to have closed now. The search continues!
  13. He's unbelievable at the moment and he's still only 22 years old. It makes me sick someone so young having so much talent
  14. Anyone know any websites where they do some Rovers t-shirts (apart from the official site)? Anyone on here make any? There used to be a guy who made several designs each season but cannot remember what the website was called, but they were superb Rovers t-shirts.
  15. RIP. My thoughts are with his family. Preston blue - sorry to hear about your nephew too.
  16. How did Beckham play? He had a pretty poor game the other day against Inter but hasn't looked too bad since re-joining Meeeeeeeelan.
  17. I thought it would be a good idea to have a topic based on football around the planet. I expect there are a lot of people who regularly watch football in other countries so this could be a good thread to post the latest news from around the world. Just to start it off. Derbyshire scored the only goal to give Olympiakos a 1-0 victory away to Panionios. He's bagged his 1st goal since joining the club on a permanent deal. Ex-Villa midfielder Thomas Hitzlsperger has quit Stuttgart and signed for Italian side Lazio. I've been trying to find out how much for but no luck at the moment. Anyone else know? Wouldn't have minded him back in the Premier League wearing our blue and white halves.
  18. No I haven't seen that. I read mixed reviews on it so haven't really thought about watching it. I'll ask my friend if he has it as he's a big film buff especially Asian films. If he's got it, i'll let you know what I think of it.
  19. Have you tried any Japanese horror films such as The Ring, Ju-on (aka The Grudge), Audition, The Eye?
