Le Saux was brilliant both defensively and going forward. Beautiful cross on him. Didn't he score an amazing goal against Brazil whilst still at Rovers?

If he doesn't then we all expect you lot to go up that Mountain again and take some more

Movie Discussion
Tim Southampton Rover replied to ABBEY's topic in I Can't Believe It's Not Football
I'm not one to boast about things i've done but I deserve a medal for what I did to my girlfriend after watching this film and probably should have filmed it and put it on youtube. Basically the film was good, I enjoyed it but my missus @#/? herself all the way through so obviously as a loving and caring boyfriend, I took advantage at every opportunity to rub it in and make her jump. Anyway, she decided to get her own back and I overheard her talking to her friend on the phone about copying the scene at night where the lady is standing over her boyfriend and moving around. She was going to do the same to me to freak me out. When she started to do this at night, the poor girl made such a noise that I knew it was happening. So I waited a few minutes and jumped out the bed with a massive BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and she actually screamed and ran out the room -

South Africa's gain, McCarthy's loss. -
Can anyone confirm if this is him? If it is then James Thomas now plays for Young Heart Manawatu in New Zealand. Ex-Rovers Stuart Munro is their manager.

To be fair, without Jack's vision and the money to achieve it, we wouldn't have won the league as we wouldn't have attracted the players we did to the club. McClaren is just saying that they didn't have similar finances at his club to support their ambitions but as a small town club like Blackburn, they shared and experienced a similar dream of winning the league against the big boys. Fair play to him!

Where Are They Now?

Yeah about 40 people have mentioned that already! Only kidding. Great spot! -
Looks likely to feature in their remaining games too. Be interesting to see just how good he's turned out.

After reading that article it just confirms that the deal was good for both Blackburn and Benni McCarthy. Unfortunately it looks like West Ham are the losers out of the 3 parties.
