there was a story in the let last night about a bloke who had lost his home, partner, job and not seen his son for 9 month's because he was wrongly accused of rape. many moons ago the police called on my home when i was away.when asked why they wanted to speak to me,they replied my name had come up in a rape inquiry, well that went down well when i returned home i stormed down to northgate, and nearly got arrested for telling the officer in no certian words if he ever mentioned my name and that crime again i would tear him apart. -
was in liverpool on saturday with a few england pals,we were argueing about the pro's and con's off the club called ENGLANDFANS.i reckon it's a rip off,£70 to join and then you must gain caps to obtian tickets. in november ENGLAND play ARGENTINA,not in buenos aries or london but in bloody GENEVA,i was told 10k england fans had applied for tickets to get there caps.england played denmark in another friendly 1 game into the season. i said they would be better pooling the money they had spent,at least £600 to buying tickets off a tout in germany.some games the english fa will have as little as 4k tickets, which go to the top 70% cappers and the other 30% go in a lottery.SCANDALOUS I SAY

i cannot believe fans on here are saying it did not urge cisse on,i read a article in a paper yesterday were he said as much,it's not pc it's just the stupitity of footie fans, who in there right mind would pay £30+ to watch football

there have been very few times in my 35+ years off following rovers that i have been ashamed to call myself a rover's fan but at 4.50 yesterday was one off them.i have just returned from liverpoo and have not read any other post's in this topic, but to sing CISSE' CISSE HOW'S YOUR LEG WAS SHAMEFULL i thought we as a club were better than that. -

First away game off the year for me. liverpoo 2 v 0 rovers att 45,034 crouch to score -
i was at old trafford last night and felt for crouch when he came on as sub, fans around the country know what crouch is about and think he is not worthy off the shirt, but for the lad to be booed was back to the days off john digger barnes, who was ridiculed for his colour not his skill
-
i take that's a no then
-
do you need someone to carry your bags
-
not the best way to qualify but we are going to GERMANY
-
do not worry to much martin, when rovers sign a player whatever has gone on before does not matter, they are rovers players and too the vast majority can do no wrong
-
i watched the flying finn's goal celebration's numerous times and i reckon he lands on his hands first, junior was going to do the same if he scored sunday, luckily he did not
-
well i'm not going to chelski but bought a liverpoo ticket after the game on sat, junior off to cyprus for a week so i'm off to the grafton for the weekend,£32 nearly broke my heart,£48 IS BLEEDING RIDICULOUS

another 2-0 victory for the lads at home to wolves on saturday -
the most important thing on saturday was us gaining 3 points which we did,i thought the 1st half was a case off us trying to unpick there defence.when speedy gonzales went off to be replaced by kuqi,it knocked our game plan back and we started throwing the long ball over, once in the 1st half kuqi got on the end off a bentley cross at missed the target when it looked easier to score.the guy at the side off me,laughed and said thats the nearest he's been all season,he will notch today. second half was continous pressure from us,very few chances but we kept the pressure on,from another perfect mgp corner we take the lead and a defensive mistake makes it 2.tremendous result if not a brilliant preformance.
-
just seen one of foolhams goals from yesterday, just like mgp direct from a free kick wide on the wing
-
well the balls in sparky's court now
-
my biggest fear was a big let down after old trafford, but did we get 3 points yes, kuqi grabbed a brace never thought i would write that, savage was not missed
