  1. with my season ticket going down £70 this season i will be purchasing another junior season ticket, taking the total to 3 which i hold, junior uses 1 and this season 2 off his friends will come along,if you can afford i urge all roverites to do this, take your brother/sister/nephew/niece/next door nieghbour/or a dreaded dingle because my efforts last season have been wotrth it as juniors mate and dad will be regular's.
  2. surely being stripped of the captiancy tells mr flitcroft it is time to move on,but another blunder by souey and robbie williams means he will be leaving with a couple off million quid, well done to the chuckle brothers
  3. Isn't that a somewhat contradictory statement waggy? I bow to your superior knowledge of travelling with England but do you not think that the 'excellent atmosphere' without 'a hint of crowd trouble' fully and unequivocably justifies the FA's ticket allocation policies which they were undeniably forced to implement by events of the past? Whatever they are doing they seem to be doing right. out of the 4 england games i went too, there were 13k england fans at the croatia and france games, and 6k at the portugal and swiss games,my approximate amount of england fans at the above games, were 45k at the france game40k at the croatia game,23k at the swiss, and 35k at the portugal game, were i noticed the england fans section emptied as soon as the final whistle went, whilst the undesirables stayed and cheered both the winners and loser's.i am sick and tired off the fa,saying tickets will only be available for england fans members, all this does is make certian fans very rich,as they sell there prized tickets for vast amounts on the black market.
  4. there you have it lads home at 7pm last night
  5. as one off the few messageboard members to have the privlige off being in the LUZ STADIA,on thursday night i thought erickson lost us the game, with his pathetic negative tactics, also uefa has gone down the lines of fifa with giving the home country favourable homers as refs, aka south korea in 2002 the ref on thursday was poor, gave every decision to portugal,i for one was 20 yds of the rooney foot break incident,a foul was given, agianst rooney but a penalty was the correct decision. saying that the atmosphere was the best,i have ever witnessed at a football match, our section was 60/40 in port-u-gal favour, and not a hint off crowd trouble.it is time now that the english fa,makes tickets available to ALL ENGLAND FANS,not just the wet behind the ears ENGLAND FANS CLUB,the 6k empty seats against croatia was a disgrace, when lads were paying 2-300 pounds for tickets.
  6. had lunch with ambromovich yesterday, and the subject off duff came up,i am afriad he is staying at chelski, btw the yacht was notbad
  7. just about toget junior up for breakfast, was painting the town red last night,i reckon 1-1 and it goes to penalties, who win then is anyones guess
  8. i have been to every major tournament england have been in since 82 and i have only beenhome once before team, wheni was deported, unfortunatley ifly home friday
  9. went on the razzle yesterday, had a £15 lucky 15,3 winners avit16/1 londoner 7/2 man at arms 7/2 £495 in the kitty, bring it on light weights
  10. just ordered mine online, easypeasey and i am going to get a extra junior ticket when they go on open sale with the £70 i saved this year.
  11. finished work,money in hand,ready to party
  12. got your mobile no,mushy will bell you when we arrive in porto.and ask counsilly dave if he will do the babysitting whilst i try the lapdancing clubs out
  13. dikov to score 13 goals,in the premier what are the odds on that,i reckon if he makes 13 appearence's we will be in trouble
  14. I can't imagine anyone disagreeing with that! well i'm afriad i disagree, souness lost the plot big time last season, from the moment he spat his dummy out at st mary's.ONLY through the god send off mcbride turning us down, to go to mighty fulham and us signing STEAD,did the season get back on track. AMORUSO who was dreadfull early season, came back and showed a bit off fighting spirit which co-incided with our 4 game winning run.if indeed he had weeded the deadwood out i might not be so critical, but what does he do offer tugay, and short new contracts and buys a neverbeen.
  15. :rover:is price the bee all and end all when buying a season ticket, many fans are ###### off with the attitude of stewards, souness's buys, changing times of k.o. i reckon we will do very well to sell 13k this summer
  16. just noticed that accy stanley season tickets, are £170 pounds, that gives everyone food for thought.
  17. listen you yorkshire pudding,if i was going to support a team, other than my OWN TOWN TEAM,i would pick one that wins something now and again. ps have the team got a keeper tomorrow,or is orvil 'the cat'making another diasater,i mean appearence.
  18. They cant be that good of a fan if they arent renewing when the club has actually done the right thing this year. We have some of the best priced season tickets in the league. think before you speak,25 years a season ticket holder,3rd division and all that, but you did say you were 16
  19. my season ticket has dropped £70 in price,do you think souey and jw are trying to buy me off.
  20. junior's mate's uncle has lent him a st,george's flag with the rovers crest in the middle,so we will be well represented at that game, see u at the meet lads.
  21. 8 days to go are we having a meet before the france game, and the holland v germany game
  22. when i first heard the news he had signed,it was that dingle on radio lancs who announced it,and he was having a smirk or two about it.i went to work, talked to a few rovers fans about it. none were impressed, one said' thats it i ain't buying a season ticket this year'. at break time someone had a telewag, and the comment's by non -roverite's were less than favourable. this board has maybe a 1,000 members of which half post, and of which 50 post the majority of post's.of these i think quite a few are at work, pissing about on the net when they should be doing something else,ie working. i honestly think any poll on this topic,is going to be baised, there has been quite a few who have voted it a bad move, and only 3 who have posted there views on here saying so.the bitchness of some members because you hold a view that does not go with the flow is unbelievable. i am a grass root fan,i work in a factory amongst other rovers fans, and not one has said, what a brilliant signing, not one has said he ain't bad,all agree he is another bad buy. but the saving grace,he has not signed yet and anything could happen, finger's crossed. ps is tom pringle =john williams.
