  1. That’s the Lib Dem’s with my vote den 😉
  2. We are too slow and too weak It is that simple. We can blame the system all we want, but the players are not good enough at the moment Moran and Dolan aren’t the answers to our prayers
  3. If JDT goes, he goes. Coaches / managers come and go in football. It is what it is I think he's a good manager and with the right resources he will manage at very good levels. He isn't irreplaceable though. As Mowbray shows - there's always somebody else waiting Our worries won't begin or end with JDT. They are squarely with the owners. They are the ones who need to go for us to turn a new leaf
  4. The man is 32 Old timer..you cheeky fuck 😂
  5. Well, that’s a good signing. Only for 6 months but fair fucking play
  6. It’s the hope that kills you I was about to go to bed
  7. Ya know what’s mad - Travis got loaned out because Wharton was taking his place in the 6 role Then we sold Wharton And we didn’t bring anybody in to replace either Classic Venkys
  8. The debt of circa £200m is not with the Bank of India
  9. Behave yourself Nobody believes this. Is this just being contrarian for the sake of it? Reduce the debt ffs - it is all to Venkys!!!! I hope they don't get a bloody penny. So no, it is not a good deal for Blackburn Rovers
  10. Club Statement 2nd February 2024 In what was an incredibly busy and super duper complicated day a misunderstanding with the EFL has meant we are uncertain if any of our signings will be ratified. On 1st February at 9.59pm Steve Waggot left William Hill with his only pen in his top pocket. Once we had completed the unfathomably complex deal with McGuire we were ready to send in our formal paperwork Unfortunately, in spelling Kimento, Kumeatola, OBrien… Billy’s last name wrong over 39 times, Steve’s pen ran out Mr Waggott decided it was time to move on. However, due to the confusion caused by Billy’s paperwork, and having no official BRFC pens in stock, the only device capable of writing was a light blue wax crayola. Despite us getting the paperwork in on time, the EFL decided to further complicate matters by asking silly questions, such as “why are you writing in crayon?” Due to the confusion we have not managed to sign any player. We have consulted our legal team and intend to lodge an appeal to the Football League momentarily We would like to wish Adam Wharton the best of luck in his future career. If only his bloody brother was as good The Owners Mike Cheston
  11. Why is every Rovers deal "complicated"??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????/ You know, there's usually a term for people like that. I have met a few people in my working life that always find things complicated They are usually dossers
  12. We won't sign anyone Signing a 37 year old with 3 Championship relegations on a 6 month deal, whilst also loaning out your captain and selling your best prospect for £20m is about as Venkys a transfer window as you can ever imagine "Pray they never leave" - piss off
  13. I wouldn't say exaggerated. It is exactly what happened Wharton deal could have collapsed so the Owners said no to McGuire very early Suhail probably couldn't wait to feed the news back to Orlando Let's be real, any normal club would have waited until the bloke landed. He had hours in the air left. Palace are always going to sign Wharton - he's had his medical, they have money. I don't really go into JHRover's line of conspiracy at the club, but this fucking stinks. If we don't sign McGuire it will not be because the Club had "difficulties", it will be because they did their best to show they "tried"
  14. Yeah, Jackson's comments are telling Wharton will "definitely" sign. No definite about McGuire Get the Just Stop Oil boys in. Paint and chicken feathers over the directors box. This lot need to get gone
  15. Fuck off Venky’s. Hate is the only word I have
  16. I would resign if I was JDT Best midfielder sold for £20m, captain sent out on loan and all transfers with a fee cancelled It’s madness
  17. 🤣 The issue is that Mcfadzean has never really done a lot with those 561 career appearances. Well, except 3 relegations from the Championship I don't even know if he is the kind of father figure you'd want at the club. I honestly think Batth would have been a better deal. Getting in someone for experience only is only good if that experience is in winning
  18. McFadzean is a crazy signing. We may as well have signed Danny Batth..................... McFadzean used to play for Alfreton. I played against him in a friendly in either 2009 or 2010. He was a good player at that level to be fair. Think he was playing for England at the same time. He isn't actually that tall for a centre half. Just remember him being a bruiser, which is what defines centre halves at that level. A bit of a bully boy - which I suppose we are missing
  19. Your dislike of Broughton is irrational It simply has to be for the purpose of winding people up. You aren’t stupid
  20. £22m for your young prodigy sounds good. At a normal club We have never reinvested any of the money we make. That's why I still think it is silly people moan about the Brereton fiasco. Okay, we'd have got £8m, but for the team what does that even mean? We might sign a player for about £1m. Maybe that McGuire lad who I know absolutely nothing about. That's not reinvestment though Really we want to be signing McGuire and then a good, top level Championship midfielder for about £5m range for about £15k a week on a 4 year deal. That's how you reinvest the money from Wharton. Won't happen though
  21. When the Venkys took over, we lost our starlet to Utd It wasn't nice to see Jones go but you could understand it After over a decade of their ownership we now lose our stars to Crystal Palace. A phrase you would have laughed at if you were told that back in 2008 They are a blight on all things Blackburn Rovers. Until they go, nothing improves I am with JHRover on this one. The most sickening part is knowing it makes Waggott's and Madam's life that little bit easier I have enjoyed every minute of watching young Adam develop and play here. Sickening to lose him like this
  22. How far we have fallen Losing our own to a club like Palace so early in his career Fuck Venkys. The day they go will be the day this club becomes something I am proud of again
  23. Wrexhams keeper is a perfect example of what’s below us When people slag Leo off, who hasn’t played well, they should look at this guy to know just how many leagues above both our keepers are When you go down the football pyramid the standard of keeping shows the biggest skill gap
  24. If we can make India chase 200 it isn’t necessarily over
  25. It will be a reaffirming of commitment to the club They do this every time there is controversy How many owners in English football do you think have had to write half a dozen commitment speeches to the fans? It has become their go to weapon It is the typical "sorry love" and bunch of flowers after not coming home on Saturday night
