For some reason I think this kid would have relushed it AND put it away. We will never know for sure. -

Did not get to watch much so can't comment much, I saw their goal and Sammy having a bit of a mare, saw his first, glad for him. Good comeback, would not have been last season. I did see their keeper taking liberties with time, taking the piss really, and nothing was done. Did the new rules exclude keepers? -

I think some.of our long time posters have a bit of a kinship, from the times we (EiT was it?) made copies of Rovers games.and mailed it all over America, sort of a bond of sorts. Loved your positivity -

Well I can't. Watch the game on me telly, casting from me phone. My joy at our win last Saturday was tempered Sat night/Sun morning when iur house burned down, lost pretty.much everything. Everyone and the dog.got.out.unscathed.but.co.e Sunday morning all I had was.a.bathrobe and slippers which I was wearing. I will just have.to.settle watching us on the small screen if me phone. -

What a good game of football that was. These extended (actual) stoppage ti.es are going to be the death of me if we are up by one. First half I thought we were 2nd best, West.Brom looked good, sharp, good movement skilled players with beef. Was still scratching me head how we were 2 up at half time. What ruthless football, I think we saw a chink and exploited it with almost carbon cooy goals, both good finishes. Tronstadt, did not know he was olaying for a bit but two lovely forward passes gave me encouragement for future, him and Wharton will gather some assists when the forwards click on which run to make. We.are.going.to slice open some defences I think so our forwards need to be able to finish. 2nd half I think we were fitter,.we turned it on as they.faded.some very nice exciting football played then.by.us they came back into it some when they introduced fresh legs but we.mamaged the game better. Pears has learned from his gaff of returning the ball too quickly instead he burned as much time as he dare. Enjoyed the game despite the stress levels may we have more of, liked Leonard since his first cameo, he seems to have something about him. Great finish, I'd bet me house Gally does not score there. Gally is not even in the right spot likely. -

Just watched the replay and after the posts I saw on here regarding Dolan being no good I kept a closer eye on him than usual and I gotta say I thought he played just fine, couple of mistakes but nothing deserving of the criticism I saw on here. -

I have found the games quite entertaining. Slower than the mens game but just two footy teams going for it. No rolling around no harrassing the ref no play acting bit like the men's game used to be.. I like it. -
The couple of times I saw him he had impressive moments to me.I was surprised to see him first frozen out then shipped off. If sitting on the bench in Scotland did not serve as a wake up call nowt will. Was highly rated coming here but has not clicked yet. Hopefully this season is a rebirth.

I think they held on probably 2 seasons too long.

Bit worried about the season, lost or losing proven championship quality for gambles. Also there seems to be a few teams in the past who have just missed out on playoffs or lost in the playoffs only to struggle the next season.

Loved Faz, just got on with it, unceremoniously did his job week in week out. -
Thanks, bit of a relief.

Can this come back to hurt the club? I notice they were clear in pointing out he was with us. Can we be punished for his shenanigans whilst on our books? Should I have added alleged somewhere in there?

Pears/ Kaminski.. summer plans?
USABlue replied to NeilInBristol's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Much discussion in the transfer thread about the merits and shortcomings of each...A question was raised about how many points pears cost us. Two of the biggest. Right prior to the famed Hedges chip Pears collected the ball. He immediately booted it long and right into touch surrendering possession. Now, had he held the ball for sometime then fed the ball to feet the Hedges chop may not have even had tome to happen. Vey expensive niavety. Just to add, I am OK keeping either one or both. Kaminsky better shot stopper but Pears moves the ball with his feet better. We need a keeper good at both. -
I thought we were on so much was Sky figured out we always lose when on. Given how much they hate us seems appropriate for them to get us on as much as possible so we lose more. Would they?

Great to see so many of those attendances were local Derbies few Liverpool n Everyon but WHO TF are Man Utd? What a marvellous history for a lil old town team. Just over a decade ago were were a, as Souness loved to say, "this is a PROPER FOOTBALL" club. We were as a. local lad, well Accy I just felt part if Rovers players stayed for Donkeys.years you know they were Rovers in their heart too you just knew it. Loved it every minute of it, bar those few times I narrowly escaped a mauling, but wow the adrenalin rush then the ecstatic joy as you realised you'd give em the slip. Now the hair raising experience of finding your transport. What ti.es lol. -
