  1. My gut feel is our management team think Kaminski is going to become a very saleable asset. The others are here in readiness for that day.
  2. So how did this one circumvent our Euro scouting, how did we sign him in spite of rather than because of?
  3. My thoughts too. ToMo....well let's take off a winger with skills to make things happen and put on a 6ft lump in his place but not play lump type footy keep him in the wing I just don't get his thinking I don't.
  4. You are kidding right? his pass over the top which has been mentioned where Nyambe and Gally screwed it up because they were not ready. His ball through to Arma for his goal. Several others that could never be described as safe.
  5. Always loved watching a winger skin a man or two and put in a cross that is met with a thundering header to bulge the net. Particularly loved diving headers. Games changed hasn't it. Remember when defenders or midfielders won the ball and the first thought was storm forwards, now it's stop and pass sideways and back ad nauseum.
  6. Name escapes me for some reason, Joe We sold him to Blackpool, was scoring for fun in the U-23s too but a ways off being good enough for Championship footy. Ah Nuttall Joe Nuttall.
  7. I had no idea it was THAT poor, holy crap.
  8. So I wonder why more teams don't get themselves a player sent off on purpose, just to make it more difficult for the opposition.
  9. I was hopin he might do that, or with Arma wide but nope, tallest guy has to play on the wing. Had hopes of swinging in some crosses and Gally at least get a knock down for someone else to bang in. At least put those defenders under some pressure. Why oh effin why does Mowbray persist with this crap.
  10. Couple of very sweet passes, showing good vision and the technical ability to back it up. Got to say the lad is growing on me, I had my doubts, thiught he was over rated, sometimes looks to be thinking two steps ahead of his teammates. Chapman was poor today. That was his chance to take the hero status from young Dolan, more so after his rave reviews for the under 23's but he came in and muffed just abiut everything he tried to do. Was he tryin to hard? Maybe just me but I was very disappointed with him. Don't understand why we did not hammer Cunningham on a yellow, fresh back from a long lay off you know his timing is not there. Is ToMo too much of a gentleman, not ruthless enough to play that way, I think that may be why..
  11. Anyone else notice how after distributing the ball really well in the first few games he suddenly started to kick out wide, couple times straight into touch. (Walton & Rayaesque) Has he been told to do this? Is he being prepped to support ToMo's genius tactic of a 6ft striker on the wing? Had to wonder. Nyambe off today but who can blame the lad, dropped for no reason (although can't.argue with the results) the lad must have had about enough now. I am sure it is in his head that no matter how well he plays he get's dropped so why bother bustin his arse. I think he runs down his contract and starts playin a blinder toward the end of it, then he's off. Piss poor man management/motivation by Mowbray, he has form for it.
  12. Well, we have another poor one coming first game after the break too.
  13. Cardiff down to 10, now we.are.screwed.
  14. Another nice pass from Buckley.
  15. Gally out to the wing. Go figure. Thinkin Cardiff will nick this.
  16. Been fine here. Watching highlights, why do our players always seem to shoot middle of the goal. Do we not have the confidence, ability to go for the side or corner and therefore not right down the keepers throat. Come on Rovers, goal from Cardiff first wins it
  17. Thinking that too. Derby winning.
  18. It HAS to be out GK coaching, after faultless games.all of a sudden Kamiski is kicking out wide and as Walton and Raya before him putting them into touch. Warming up for Gallys return?
  19. Cardiff look well drilled, look capable of nabbing one. We are a touch sloppy, sluggish a la pre international break form.
  20. Too early for Ayala isn't it?
  21. Finding the European scouting thing quite funny. It is not working is the cry. The 2 signings we made are not because if it but because these 2 players were hand delivered to our club. 2 good players with decent pedigree came to us with not one single other team being in for them or even alerted. Curious.
  22. On a good run, hope/optimism on the up, International break, all pieces of the Rovers usual after the Lord Mayor's show puzzle. If not this one then the one after the break are odds on for defeat. It's our DNA.
  23. In true Mowbray fashion, one could see the lad had some class about him.
  24. Left 2 years too early.
