This game for me, I'd be dropping: Johnson, Evans and Brereton. Johnson and Evans weren't up to it and after a bad performance should be dropped. I'd bring in Holtby, Trybull for those 2. Think having those 2 will suit Buckley more. Whilst bringing in Elliott for Brereton, who looks much worse than Dolan. We CANNOT play Gallagher out wide, it baffled me how Tony is still yet to learn.

Hope Gallagher doesn't start on the wing. Dolan deserves to continue where he left off.

I personally hope that the Pears deal falls through. We do not need to waste money on another keeper, that Greek keeper has top division football,, Europa League experience and 85 apps. Pears has nowhere near that pedigree plus the Greek guy was a golden boy nominee.

Usually agree with what you say, however I would avoid Downing class at keeping possession however felt he slowed down so many moves because he was too slow to turn possession round, wouldn't suit this fast high press football we currently play.

Barry Douglas would make us playoff candidates imo.

We NEED to sign a left back. If we do huge chance to push for playoffs it's a very weak championship this year.

Yeah I know. Feel like some people (not mentioning names) on this thread read everything as gospel so had to point out his match fitness. No chance! Josh King a proven premier League player going for £10-17m. No chance Manning worth £5m.

We do have to remember he's not playing weekly due to being a free agent, so his match fitness is probably awful. Everyone was saying he would be an upgrade on Bell too right?
