He'd buy a £20m 15 year old youth prospect and play him after 3 seasons and realise realistically probably worth around £1m

If anyone recommends Lampard as a management replacement he's on a par with Mowbray if not worse.

Not sure I agree. One week he was banging on abut stats and how many chances they have, possession etc etc. The next week he says he'll judge with his eyes and not stats....

Have to believe that they would get an improvement as they learn more. If there isn't that belief then, what is the point of supporting Rovers? I have the belief that we can get a manager in who will put this team in the position they should be and that's Top 6.

Let's not forget Barnsley new manager who's doing a fantastic job. All the people saying "Well if Mowbray went who would you replace him with" it's an absolutely awful counter argument. Bet those asking for that had no idea who the Reading or Barnsley managers were beforehand.

Absolutely spot on. Anyone who says "well who would you have replace Mowbray". Reading and Barnsley managers key examples of people no one knows but does well.

He contributes more than Gallagher and has a lot more strings to his bow than Gallagher.
