When I'm talking RE Howe I'm saying he was an unknown highly ambitious manager beforehand. I could research for an hour and produce a pointless name like many do on this forum. I'm not the decision maker here. I'm just making a statement and opinion that Mowbray needs to go.

The budget which Mowbray absolutely depleted with 2 large signings that he plays out of position. There are plenty of options for replacement. I'm sure you weren't saying Mowbray to replace Coyle or anything like that? It's easy picking a name out of the hat. I think we need a young motivated manager like a Howe type (obviously Howe is highly unrealistic) but I'm saying more like a young ambitious manager.

Mowbray has to go: Wasted £12m on strikers. Plays players consistently out of position. Opts for a wide striker tactic that doesn't work. Has made the squad the most imbalanced it's ever been. Consistently plays Bennett. Has sold one of the best keepers in the championship for a fraud of a keeper who's not even ours. Mowbray out.

It's frustrating that Mowbray continues to persist with the wide striker role it evidently doesn't work as they never score goals. Holtby has played for top clubs with top managers and for my knowledge never been played in a false 9 role. Why does Mowbray think he knows better keep playing him there? The whole team is imbalanced, this is due to the 6 transfer windows Mowbray has had. In actual fact he has hamstrung the next manager. The next manager will have no out and out wingers and no money, with a completely messed up side.

We did not dominate at all. We played long ball up to Arma for 70 minutes. We cannot give Mowbray the transfer window to create more imbalance within the team.

And constantly out of position a disgrace.

Don't blame him. We look awful. Devoid of ideas. Devoid of any style of play.
