He's been unreal. Good to see him back from injury. What a player

An awful lot of mystic megs on the forum atm. Not saying he would have been my choice but at least I'm prepared to see how it goes, unlike some others. He has an almost 50% win ratio over 350 games, better than Eustace, JDT, Mowbray. If it's him give him a chance ffs

If it's true that Adam Owen is having a say in the appointment of the new manager, then this recent link to Frederiksen makes a lot of sense. Frederiksen appointed Lech Poznan manager in May 2024 , a time when Owen was technical advisor at the club and no doubt had a say in his appointment. He then left a month or two later to join us. He obviously knows him and rates him

Frederiksen will do for me. 😄 https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1AMDty5nMU/

Unfortunately for them they don't have a Szmodics to bale them out of the shit either Just got Kemar Roofer in as free agent but he's not the answer
-
He says it's a managerial story " of a sort", whatever that means. Either way, don't think it's anything to get excited about

The fact that noone has been appointed yet gives me a little hope that at least it isn't Karanca. If it was, surely they could have named him by now. Just hoping...
-
Sounds remarkably like transfer deadline day 😃, substitute manager for player
-
Niels Frederickson now in at 8/1 on skybet, probably just because he got a mention yesterday. ! The only consolation with Karancar being favourite is they rarely come true in the end
-
Ah right😄 But his CV is actually good, somebody did mention him earlier in this thread, seems better than some already mentioned
-
That's a good shout 👀. I'd take him over the names already out
-
-
I'm sure there will be more names being interviewed, but of the ones mentioned ( if true,of course), I think Ismail would be my choice , under sufferance let me add.
-
The lijnders link is interesting, didn't last long at either of his managerial clubs, but his win percentage is actually very good. So not sure what happened there
-
So, has Crook gone into any more detail on his twitter account or is this it? Even if it's true, why are people assuming he's turned the job down and not the club moving onto other targets. He was the first name I mentioned when the news broke about Eustace, but maybe he just didn't interview well? Who knows..

I'll admit Terzic is probably stretching it, but don't think Priske is totally unrealistic. Yes, he's managed in the Champions League but with smaller Belgian and Dutch clubs. Wicky nearly joined WBA so that could happen if the problem with his back room staff could be sortef
-
Probably,, but if you don't ask ...😄
-
I'll go for : A List. Gary ONeil, Raphael Wicky, Brian Priske, Edin Terzic B List. Duffer, Rob Edwards My overall choice would be Terzic but not sure how realistic that is, but Priske and Terzic certainly left field if that's the way the club want to go
