Conversation in the pub tonight was more along the lines of that they wouldnt turn up for a home game even if it wasnt on tv because 1) its too expensive, 2) Would rather sit in pub all aft as cannot be arsed.

RUBBISH. (well apart from Jim, but does anybody take him seriously ??) I'm really not that arsed if he signed a new deal or not, but the positive factor I look at is that he could easily have moved on to better terms elsewhere, but he chose to remain part of all the good work Mark Hughes team are putting in.

AFAIK The only law on this is that live football cannot be shown between 1430 and 1715 on saturdays with a full match programme. Hence why SKY dont show anything. The copyright issues of beaming back live football from Europe into the UK appear to be a civil matter.

Had a few good touches and put a lot of effort in getting the ball back. Problem was it was because he kept giving it away, he is no Tugay. I would doubt if has done enough in that game to be seen again, but all depends on what he has been showing in training and perhaps if he plays today.

A lot stopped when the price was half of what it is now. Its not just cheap tickets that will bring fans back to Rovers, although its undoubtably a factor. Theres a lot of fans who simply "cant be arsed", but would rather give another excuse.

He might have to move that Dartboard with your picture on it in that case. Perhaps Rovers should also be given some credit where its due for a change. I renewed my season ticket at LAST YEARS prices because of the early bird scheme, and have spread the cost of the ticket over 10 months. That means I don't have to spend 72 quid in a week to get to the first two home games.

I've got a Fusion FVR145 from Argos.. Its twin tuner which means you can record 2 things at once (i've not tried it as theres never 2 things worth atching on at the same time) or watch something else whilst recording. Its done me well, but it could use a "series link" option.
