  1. Conversation in the pub tonight was more along the lines of that they wouldnt turn up for a home game even if it wasnt on tv because 1) its too expensive, 2) Would rather sit in pub all aft as cannot be arsed.
  2. RUBBISH. (well apart from Jim, but does anybody take him seriously ??) I'm really not that arsed if he signed a new deal or not, but the positive factor I look at is that he could easily have moved on to better terms elsewhere, but he chose to remain part of all the good work Mark Hughes team are putting in.
  3. none that can be listed here, as they are all illegal
  4. AFAIK The only law on this is that live football cannot be shown between 1430 and 1715 on saturdays with a full match programme. Hence why SKY dont show anything. The copyright issues of beaming back live football from Europe into the UK appear to be a civil matter.
  5. Excellent news. BUT I would imagine Capt Kayos has already sent his season ticket back
  6. I imagine he knows quite a lot of things that he doesnt. As I said HERE it was never said that he was an ex chairman or that the forum had gone.
  7. Excellent news.. Vinjay will be crying into his lunch now
  8. Had a few good touches and put a lot of effort in getting the ball back. Problem was it was because he kept giving it away, he is no Tugay. I would doubt if has done enough in that game to be seen again, but all depends on what he has been showing in training and perhaps if he plays today.
  9. It was that very suggestion from myself and Scotty which got the reply from the ex drummer. He never said he was the ex-ff chairman btw
  10. Ah rite.. I heard his wife was after coming to the UEFA games, but cant make both legs.
  11. Pics from Wednesdays "efforts" at Rotterdam http://brfcs.fotopic.net/c1048979.html
  12. Paul as in the Paul off this message board ?? I never knew that
  13. A lot stopped when the price was half of what it is now. Its not just cheap tickets that will bring fans back to Rovers, although its undoubtably a factor. Theres a lot of fans who simply "cant be arsed", but would rather give another excuse.
  14. He might have to move that Dartboard with your picture on it in that case. Perhaps Rovers should also be given some credit where its due for a change. I renewed my season ticket at LAST YEARS prices because of the early bird scheme, and have spread the cost of the ticket over 10 months. That means I don't have to spend 72 quid in a week to get to the first two home games.
  15. taken from a Sheff U site about the trouble in Rotterdam at the weekend
  16. VERY briefly touched upon but glossed over because the drummer is on it. I don't think theres been a Fans Forum this year, so the chances are that the clubs lost interest in it.
  17. Pics from Aachen now HERE Aachen player and Savage Booked Team Lineup
  18. To be fair, he had been drinking heavily. Not as heavily as JPW though who managed to a) Leave the BRFCS flag on platform 9 at Koln station and Scuff a penalty miles wide causing the entire Aachen team to laugh a lot. Jay Roberts looks to be a good signing
  19. STOOD actually There were a few fans sat in the main stand behind the Rovers team, including Sergio Peters mum. I'll upload a few pics tomorrow. Apparently Neill told Orvil that he would "hopefully" sign a new contract. Emerton wasnt involved at all, neither was Andy Todd.
  20. Correct. One of the better products of our academy in recent years.
  21. I've got a Fusion FVR145 from Argos.. Its twin tuner which means you can record 2 things at once (i've not tried it as theres never 2 things worth atching on at the same time) or watch something else whilst recording. Its done me well, but it could use a "series link" option.
  22. Er.. hate to make you look daft but McEveleys played a few first team games. Only the one under Hughes against Liverpool where he made a bit of a cock up.
