Left 5 minutes early, not a chance we were scoring. I'm really worried about our attacking options, absolutely no quality at all, and our only threatening player struggle to have any end product and runs out of steam after 10 minutes. Montgomery was awful which is sad to see, way out his depth. Only positive for me was Tavares...He looks head n shoulders above anyone tonight and was surprisingly quick...Looks like he's taken knock and Travis looks for certain to be off...Who the hell do we have in the middle for Saturday? Very worrying times.

Surely Tavares starts in the middle?

I imagine the deal will happen, it'll just be us haggling like we did for others who've recently left. Edit - I also don't think the club will let him leave until we've got a signing or 2 ready to be announced.

Does seem to be out of favour with Venezia as well...Fits the type of player we should be looking at, can play as a number 10 also.

John Yeboah is being touted around again, think we had some interest in him last year...Still 3 years on his contract but looks and exciting prospect...Doubt there's much in it.

Alebiosu did well and scratching my head as why others thought he was poor. Looked threatening going forward and looked solid enough at the back. People have to remember he's got zero support going forward with Ryan fuckin Hedges. We look fine at RB with Miller and Alebiosu...It's the right wing we need to be worried about.

Think he'll take a few games to get used to this league. Like many have said, he looked miles off pace, championship football will be a huge difference to what he's used to. Fair play to him getting stuck in though, I think he'll come good - Give him a month.

He was solid. Nothing special but out performed his role beyond others in their positions. Second half he made 2 good interceptions stopping them on the break.

My response was to a poster who said " Ryan Alebiosu shouldn't be near the team either" Do you agree? Otherwise not sure why you've quoted me? On the balanced he was comfortably one of the better performers for us (there weren't many).

Rovers clitheroe the perfect example of someone who didn't watch the game. Alebiosu dint put a foot wrong.

Not going to get too upset over that. Really happy with Alebiosu, stand out performer and Miller looked okay. Axel looks completely lost but not going to give him too much stick as he's literally just come in - he did thread a nice ball through in the first half so there's something about him. I thought Tronstad had a poor game and both wingers were awful. Travis was definitely better and seemed to be all over the place ( we will miss him) Along way to go but my god we need a new RW!

They can both leave and can both easily be replaced (ability wise) The club won't do it though so why are we happy for them to go?

I'm not arsed what he's done at rangers. The lad clearly has ability, he's frustrated the whole fan base last year (agreed) but I'd still rather keep championship experience in the team than lose them - Then there's the question will we replace?

Brittain, Dolan gone, Travis on his way - That's a big chunk of wages saved. Cantwell won't leave for the reason above.

That's why I've put he's got a point to prove...My point is give him another season.

This club is stupid, but with Travis leaving, I think they must all have a brain cell between them enough to at least hold out on Cantwell this window...If they sell to me that's clear and obvious what they're trying to do (which we know) but some fans are still very much unaware what Pashas goal is.
