i think he would have become one of the greatest strikers ever,when he had that extra burst pace he was the complete centre forward,that first injury took a yard off him,though he modified his game,he was`nt quite the fireball he was before,incidentally i always thought the sheff wed centre forward david hirst was equally as good as shearer but suffered even worse injuries and never fulfilled his potential,he would have been some player that lad

rotherham are a big physical side,they`ll keep it tight and look for set pieces whenever they can,i can see us being overpowered tbh,midfield bypassed by long balls,williams scared to death and lenihan getting carried away with the battle and being sent off!!,they are the type of side that rovers get outmuscled by

i first saw sherwood at the barnsley match a few weeks later and i was convinced kenny had signed someone off the street,he was so bad it was painful to watch,think he was hooked after 50 minutes,thankfully after that he was`nt seen for a few months and when when he did emerge there was a footballer after all🙂
