A lot of his goals dont come that way. He normally has to work a lot harder for them. Mainly because he's often ploughing a lone furrow up front.

Like all good strikers he's often in the right place. Imagine if he played in a team that had support up alongside him (him scoring in the 6 yard box is a rarity) . He carries the responsibility for goals in a team that has very few other goalscorers in it. He often has to create for himself too. He's having a brilliant season.

Agreed, the point I was trying to make is that it doesn't seem to be important when deciding which full backs to purchase. Full backs are just wingers these days in a lot of teams.

When Douglas arrived Mowbray commented on his attacking capabilities. Never mentioned his defending. Bell isnt a defender, more like a poor winger. I know it's only YouTube but Pickering does look good going forward, he can actually put the ball where the strikers want it. Intelligent cut backs too.
