  1. Just to confirm, you did want Mowbray out last season? What's changed?
  2. Context. He'd had to sell his best players and fill the void with likes of Koita or whatever his name was. Let's see how we'll we'd do without Travis, AA and Lenihan for example. And Bowyer finished higher than Mowbray ever has when he had his best players available. So if you wanted Bowyer out it seems strange you don't want Mowbray out.
  3. We've scored 10 goals in the last 10 games. For a team 'built on an attacking platform' that's a very poor return.
  4. FFS! The football side of the club is in better shape than when he took over. It's not a 'farce and disaster' by any stretch of the imagination. You are hysterical. Have a red and calm the feck down😉
  5. You are massively overreacting and need some perspective.
  6. Nigel Pearson was on Quest for the same reason I presume.
  7. Saw it on Quest last night. Fantastic strike from 25 yards on the half volley.
  8. Waggott was bigging up a much larger fee not long ago. If won't look good if we only get £8m, especially as Newcastle are due a big slice.
  9. Using your analogy Mowbray actually pulls his own tooth out before there's anything wrong with it.
  10. It's been said before. Quite a few times. That can't be coincidence.
  11. I appreciate you're close to him but it's the only way. We're here for you.
  12. Quite right! This cannot stand!! Full internal investigation headed up by @Herbie6590 to commence immediately. Impeach him NOW!!
  13. Douglas was breastfeeding. Crewe stipulated we could only sign Pickering if we loaned him back.
  14. I was going to have a Hawaiian pizza but I've burnt it. Should have cooked it on aloha temperature.
  15. His rationale is in the article - AA up against Dickie cos he's slow. But he could have done that without playing a false 9, he could have just played Gally in his preferred position. Mowbray unfortunately views himself as a tactical innovator. I think playing a false 9 in the Championship is utter nonsense.
  16. I think Mercer might recommend a nice aromatic Arsenic, zingy on the palate, completely relaxes you in minutes.
  17. Mowbray explains Elliott positioning in Rovers' defeat at QPR | Lancashire Telegraph Tony needs a drink. He gets a bit tetchy under questioning.
  18. You just wouldn't get this kind of chat on Millwall's forum. I'm undecided as to whether this is a good thing....
  19. You strike me as a Blue Nun man so I'd go with that. Lovely with fish fingers.
  20. Tony Mowbray: 'We'll see where the Rovers journey takes us' | Lancashire Telegraph “At Middlesbrough we won eight away games in a row, top at Christmas for two years on the bounce, so great times, but they come to an end because you have a bad run.” If this doesn't sum Mowbray up I don't know what does. It's like it's almost accepted that he'll have a bad run and the 'good times' will end. It's like it's just inevitable. Mowbray just doesn't have a winners mentality IMO.
