Good some good tackles in the first half, just looks unfit. understandable. that said today’s opponents ensured the ref was blowing his whistle every 30 seconds. I wouldn’t say they were dirty as such just a poor team who gave away lots of niggles and cheap fouls.

Signing a player without a pre season and after the season started was more of an issue. Only a plonker does this every year. Look at the Holtby signing the year before. The approach never works.
