John Buckley

Already done that. He's a lot more suited to playing deeper as he sees everything in front of him can play 'penetrative' passes from 40 yards. See his pass in the last game that landed on the boot of Brittain, who played it back 1st time to BBD who nearly score from 20 yards. Great move that, and all started because of Buckley's passing range. -
You're comparing the performance of Buckley and a goalkeeper? 'insert passive-aggressive laughing emoji' Post in the Buckley thread from end of Feb 22. Looks like he was near the top of stats for players in his position. And thats before he startd slamming them in from 30 yards. I noticed someone on here said you normally started slagging off Buckley within minutes of matches starting. A quick read of your posts during matches confirms this this - you have an unnatural obsession with Buckley.

Accusations of passive-aggressive from the chap who dismissed others as 'Buckley lovers' and 'face savers'. Topped-off with a passive-aggressive laughing emoji. Oh dear. Jason Lowe was universally panned from very early on. If he had his own fan club on here I'd be surprised. I'm not sure you're a reliable witness though. Buckley 'not in top 5 performers last season'. More unsubstantiated nonsense. We'll leave it there, you don't make enough sense for this to be worth continuing.

Found this Buckley thread. On the Buckley discussion, found these stats interesting. Not bad for someone being played out of position as an AMC. He's best where he's being played this season. -
I think what he's saying is that he doesn't rate Buckley, thinks he played badly last season, and is upset other people might think differently. Furthermore, he thinks people will continue to overstate how good Buckley is this season to make up for how bad he was last season, just so they can 'save face'. He may need help.

We have a Travis/Buckley midfield axis that is the envy of many clubs in the Championship. Both young lads, both from the Academy. We also have another couple of Academy lads who are going to be in and around the 1st team squad over the next year or two and allowed to slowly develop and break into the first team. This, it would seem, is a problem to some of our fans. Another huge problem seems to be Broughton, who has been at the club 5 minutes and has brought 3 players in - 2 of which are on a perm and just about to enter their best years. Strange days.

Sweet Jesus, there'll be Rovers/Dingles half-and-half scarves on sale at Ewood/Turf if you lot have your way. Nauseating. My grandad had it right. Last thing he ever said to me was 'Gussets, during t'war, if there'd been a Dingle in t'Trenches wi me, I'd 'av shot him and swapped sides' He was a bitter bastard by the end but he had a point 😉
