Indeed it is, you ignored the part that countered your bizarre strawman that people were viewing this as a conspiracy. And it isn't 'his job', his job is CEO of Blackburn Rovers, paid to oversee the business side of Rovers, including player contracts.

I'm not sure anyone is saying there's a conspiracy, just that the CEO, on a season-defining day, should maybe have stayed in the office rather than enjoying hospitality at Birmingham City.
