The problem is there are so many "errors"

As quite a few have pointed out - they haven't got the ability to manage the pressure so they just fluff around them. The pressure gets to them and they make poor and as recent times show quite damaging mistakes. The Bristol game was just a nightmare for Hyam- he made mistake after mistake but because of poor man management he wasn't taken off. Hyam was good for us last season so it's not that he's a terrible player it's a lot about confidence and managing pressure.

Can some one please explain how he doesn't just catch, punch, kick it away instead of watching it bounce in to the goal?!

I understand your point. Although I'm not going OTT. Just having a moan on a forum of fellow rovers supporters so don't worry!! I thought he was poor against Bristol and he looked like he picked up some urgency against Leeds but that deceived me. Like someone else said, any pressure (ie Newcastle and Leeds ) these lads play fine but as soon as we HAVE to win ala today they just succumb and we need a good leader to rally the troops. Sadly he does not show the required leadership characteristics

Problem is "Everyone knows that when someone makes a mistake there is no problem, it's part of the game" JE Zero accountability This is terrible management No consequences for performing bad This is why we keep losing and keep making stupid mistakes. Hyam Pears etc. Just not droppable and never held to account by this Fraud of a coach
