That is exactly the MO here at rovers buy cheap hope they play well sell on for profit ideally put money back into “running costs” and give a new coach (after previous one leaves due to lack of ambition after 1 &1/2 transfer windows) a nominal sum to spend in their first window rinse repeat

The errors continue and they feel like they can blame previous coaches it’s ridiculous we all know the real issue at the club

He will get games - remember Adam didn’t play for the most of the first part of the season - the coaches won’t just play tyjon for the sake of it but the clubs plan is to sell our youth and to do that they need some games so he will just give it time

The club will be playing tyjon because the club will want to sell him as soon as they can get anything for him - youth is the future of the club and that’s not for our benefit unfortunately that’s for the owners

Exactly ! the contract issue is not new They faffed around with mcfadz he even left then eventually re signed but lost a summer of training let Diaz go for free let Dolan go for free etc they know they can’t keep losing assets so this way they recoup some ££ to keep the club afloat by using it to pay the bills not really reinvest it’s a real shame can understand why jdt and eustace walked in the way they did

Excellent article thanks for sharing i rarely look at BBC as it often seems they don’t report much on us apart from the occasional match report they keep with their “neutrality “ by not mentioning the elephant in the room all those games and minutes of championship experience has gone not because of contracts but because of ambition and leadership our club is going one way and it’s the opposite of the ambitions of Wrexham or derby

i love the optimism of our fans ....but the club wont be signing any one half decent on short term or free deals... because they think they have signed decent players (in reality shipped out our decent experienced players who weren't offered a new contract) keep dreaming lads, its going to be a tough season and this transfer deadline day sums it up sell a key player to a club promoted from L1 to help them stay in the league (yes his contract was up after this season) sign ON LOAN a less than key player from a club that came up from L1 ... we are destined for L1 😞

We all know the real reasons for him to leave and this is nothing to do with him being a snake - it’s a sad sight fans blaming each other or people who leave the club when we all know what the common denominator is re derby I wonder if half of our team who know play there will say anything about the real snakes at our club in their interviews, I don’t follow derby news but would be interested

Ok I’ve gone back to it and got to the part where she presses him on the Wharton money and he just waffles what a tool - he actually sounds like he doesn’t know what he talking about rather than a PR man- like he just waffles on about player trading and step by step approach- not answering the question or making sense and a bit frustratingly Big Sam starts chatting which helps him out !
