If they come in now and fail play offs all of us will be moaning and saying we should have stuck with what we had but more importantly from their perspective their reputation is on a hiding to nothing when we are in the ply offs. We will all only say we should have kept with DL. Obviously if they get us to the play offs then that is different again but as a new manager I think I would be looking at season end perhaps as it’s a mass responsibility on their shoulders. The good old saying is don’t upset the apple cart and change things that ain’t broken. I honestly don’t think there is a right or wrong solution here.
