  1. Yeh that's a good stat. We do we concede first so frequently. Makes the job harder. Is our clubs ambition actually to win football matches?(Not talking about the players )
  2. He's not had tronstad and it's been missing. Batth back too so Travis can now focus on in front not behind. Pears yet again exposed when batth not playing. If we get tronstad and Travis together for derby with batth behind we should be good
  3. Yep We have missed batth and tronstad Let's see what we can do with a full squad... Come on rovers
  4. Love the optimism (!!) We are slowly declining and others are slowly improving in the business end of the season. Looked like it would be a 0-0 then a 0-1 so we were very fortunate to get a point on Saturday but not good enough for top 6 when others are picking up points (IE wba against Leeds) I'm hopeful but realistic. We will probably end up somewhere between 7-9th
  5. All results going against us(even wba getting a point at Leeds!) and Bristol winning whilst we couldn't win at home... Now 8th! Winning at Derby is a must however with JE in the dugout and a point to gain to stave off relegation we know the outcome
  6. Ok not 0-0 but a draw nonetheless. The decline begins whilst others start ramping up and taking points Coventry win massive Wba point at Leeds massive Us going down to Norwich. Awful. Glad we got a point but blimey. Not top 6 form
  7. Slimane should have scored. We're lucky so far
  8. So unfortunate for the guy. He was just getting a run in. Now sandre is back he won't get much of a sniff
  9. Yeh I get his skepticism though as we've seen it before -flair players carrying an injury and underperforming...siggy etc.
  10. This is good The game has 0-0 all over it. He doesn't get a win but he doesn't lose.. We've sent this before so we know the drill... We slowly drop out of any hope of top 6 and watch others go on a run Sigh
  11. Yep. I particularly liked his comment about his contract length...ie it means f all He had a longer one at wba and they let him go He knows there is no long term plan here. He'll be gone within 12 months or so
  12. I'm happy with an appointment finally. I don't know the guy as much as others but glad we have a head coach now. I'm hoping he will be better than our interim guys as he is more experienced. He knows the championship and is a known manager not a completely unknown randomer that we could have ended up with. If he gets us into play offs great. If he doesnt then that is likely on him Come on rovers

  14. Jheez a bus from Lancashire to Swansea on match day morning. That's outrageous. Wouldn't surprise me though with this lot in charge
  15. Yeh agreed. He has been awful recently. Pears really needs good cover in front of him. Without it he is so easy to get past
  16. Pears?! He's more like a plumb. What is he doing
  17. DL made "tweaks " in training this week. FFS. Why. Just keep the same players and plan it did you good for two games
  18. He had Batth to protect him for most of the season. He's now being exposed yet again. It's so frustrating
  19. I wouldn't be surprised if they do that anyway. They don't give a cr*p
  20. I started reading the comments of the LT article on Karanka Tbf not as bad as thought Saw this one below and I gotta agree some what. It's a poisoned chalice. New manager doesn't guarantee we got top 6 which could be horrible but equally neither could sticking with the same regime. It's an awful situation these clowns have got us in yet again Lieutenant Colonel 6 hrs ago User ID: 330432 If you was a manager looking for new work would you take the job now or take it at the end of the season. As sure as eggs are eggs it’s just a win lose situation with no in between at all. If they come in now and fail play offs all of us will be moaning and saying we should have stuck with what we had but more importantly from their perspective their reputation is on a hiding to nothing when we are in the ply offs. We will all only say we should have kept with DL. Obviously if they get us to the play offs then that is different again but as a new manager I think I would be looking at season end perhaps as it’s a mass responsibility on their shoulders. The good old saying is don’t upset the apple cart and change things that ain’t broken. I honestly don’t think there is a right or wrong solution here.
  21. Excellent article mate! Great work
