Just heard on Granada news that Preston's Nugent started the game today exactly 6 weeks after a similar injury, so there is a glimer of hope.

Owen could still play Still, I wouldn't want to rest my world cup hopes on him. We still have goal scorers in Cole, Gerrard and Lampard. Maybe we should play Crouch up front, and 5 in midfield. Well, its ended up 11 of us wanting season tickets, all the forms have been sent in, and we've picked our seats provisionally. (We may get chance to move after the final renewal deadline, but i doubt it.) We've gone for the blackburn end, inner section of NO5, five on row 11 and six on row 12. Not bad to say how many we wanted.
