I listened on 909 AM and for once the commentators were actually pretty fair! I missed the first half because I was playing footy but it sounded like we were the better team in the 2nd half and them in the first! They must never look at the stats because according to the stats on the same webpage, we had more chances! Finally, some fair reports! Watching Goals on Sunday and Chris Kamara got it spot on, he said we were just competing and the referee dealt with everything well and only missed one decision which was when Savage caught Fabregas on the knee and even then he said the ball was bouncing and it was there to be won. Ah well, looks like Newcastle are gonna lose!

Nah, the goals weren't Neill's fault!! How can he mark 2 people! If anyone is to blame, it's Thompson, he was shocking! He didn't track back, and never went onto the wing! There was one point where Neill was going up the wing and Thompson was taking his time in the middle of the park so Neill had to run up the wing! Surprise surprise, none of the papers noticed the diving by the Arsenal players! Some of the challenges we did were pretty bad, but i'd rather our team was competing and did one or two mistimed challenges then dive about and time waste!

totally agree! It also happens during games. There were periods during the second half were rovers supporters booed our own team. S Cockroll picked up on this and so did the B*rnley players. I didn't hear anyone booing the Rovers players! Ever thought we were booing the opposition, after all they are our biggest rivals!

I don't think it was awful goalkeeping for Pedersens goal, it was just a rocket of a strike. I can't see how Burnley claim to be unlucky, we deserved to win, they had about 3 shots in the whole game yesterday and one was on target, we could have easily won by more especially if Emerton had shot when he was practically in the net instead of turning round and getting tackled!! Unless that was when he injured himself. We didn't play as good as we can do but we played well enough to beat them

What a hero Pedersen is, he's turning into a real fan favourite and so he should do after celebrating in front on the Dingles after scoring his screamer, regardless of the danger that any one of the fans could have ran onto the pitch!!

They should have more phone lines open and have an option on the menu where you can choose if you are a season ticket holder claiming your seat or not, it would be miles quicker. what an idiot, he talks cr@p, bolton-blackburn derby is quite big but i wouldnt say "this is the match" that everyone wants to win! Yeah we do want to win it, dont we want to win every game though! Without doubt Burnley-Blackburn is "the match" no Rovers fans want to even think about losing. As far as Rangers-Celtic goes, it is quite a big derby but I still think Blackburn-Burnley is bigger simply because we don't play each other 4 times a season or whatever ridiculous number it is! yeah i heard talk sport the other day sometime after the chelsea game, its ridiculous, they said they weren't personally impressed by Blackburns tactics, tactics being what, committed to winning the ball, alright there was 4 so called "mass brawls" but who started them?!! John Terry took out Pedersen after the whistle had gone, Makele, who hasn't even been charged, pushed Pedersen in the face after he fairly tried to get the ball. The keeper had it in one hand so surely Pedersen had every right to go for the ball! But because its Rovers, the rules change. It happens all the time - negative press, if it was Makelele trying to head the ball out of Friedels hand they would be saying, oh he only had it in one hand so its alright and if it was Pedersen who pushed him over there would be calls for him being banned. And when we went 56 games or whatever it was without a penalty, with plenty of decent shouts being turned away, noone said anything and if it was Man Utd or Arsenal they would be saying there's some sort of conspiracy against them!

Yeah that boro player was MILES offside, and we were denied a blatent penalty. We always get the cr@p referees, so biased against rovers! I really do not think Jemal Johnson is ready for the premiership, Hughes said Pedersen was too weak to play, if he opens his eyes he might see Jemal Johnson getting pushed all over the show! He's only young and I dont think he's ready for the premiership. But he might be more useful with a big guy upfront who can win the ball for him but I can't see Dickov being dropped because he's one of our best players!

Although Ferguson is a idiot for handing in a transfer request, I'm glad it looks as though he's staying, he is definately one of our best players and we definately missed him against Bolton. Him and Savage in centre midfield looks like a good combination to me! Or maybe with Thommo

According to skysports we have paid almost £200,000 for each game ferguson has played! If ferguson moves, he will regret it for the rest of his career, being a footballer is only a short career so why not make the most of it and play in the best league in the world instead of settling for the easy life. Fergie needs to get a new agent who doesn't just want money!
