  1. It doesn't have to be your personal mission to shoot down any positive posts about Dolan. Let it go.
  2. Out of interest, where do you think this team would finish if Alex Ferguson had been managing it all season? (with the same lack of transfers)
  3. I'd switch to a 4-2-3-1, personally. Get Hedges and Brereton-Diaz on.
  4. He's a good utility player at this level - who knows if he can push on to be more than that.
  5. That's shit from Morton - but why are we stopping the game because Parrott blocked the ball with his face? Get on with it.
  6. I wouldn't be surprised if he's moved on in the summer. He's clearly a decent Championship CM, but he's not good enough on the ball to play in this system without having to adjust for him.
  7. Yes, the manager not playing an 18 year old midfielder, or a 19 year old striker - who were both given their debuts by said manager - is exactly the reason we're struggling. This fan base, I swear.
  8. "Jurgen, sign this player that I'm not fit to shine the boots of. It'll be great for my career here at Liverpool".
  9. Luton, absolutely in the short term - they actually have strikers. I don't know enough about Millwall's squad.
  10. I think mainly because he didn't get backed in the January window and he's pissed off about it. I also think he picks up on the negative vibe from the fans. He's worked miracles this season with this squad, yet he's barely got any credit at all from supporters.
  11. There was no force at all - he felt contact and threw himself to the ground. Brereton-Diaz was just gauging the distance with an outstretched arm - he wouldn't have pushed over a toddler.
  12. Their FB came up with a massive smile on his face. He knew he'd cheated and conned the useless ref.
  13. He's just drawn a game because their goalkeeper handled the ball in our box. How is he possibly a lucky manager?
  14. So I gather their GK punched one in and another of their players studded Szmodics down his shin and wasn't sent off? These things even up eventually, right? Right?
  15. Mainly because we own his registration for the next four years.
  16. I think it just reiterates what JDT has said all season - we don't have the players yet.
  17. Hedges is significantly better on the ball than Gallagher and Brereton-Diaz.
  18. Utility attacking player from the bench to add energy for 20-30 minutes. Similar to Hedges, really.
  19. Didn't he just say that we needed to be more clinical in front of goal? Which was a pretty accurate reflection of the match (and sadly the season).
  20. Were they booed off? I mean don't get me wrong, the Ewood crowd would boo their nan, but I don't recall any booing? They jeered / cheered when Brereton-Diaz was hooked, which was telling.
  21. When it comes to attackers, the trick is clearly to loan in the next cab off the rank at the better PL academies - whoever that is.
  22. You'd definitely take most of Sunderland's forward line over ours. Mowbray didn't sign any of them - sadly he signed most of ours.
