Wouldn't surprise me if this was the end of our transfer business and the old excuses will be out from groucho marx that we tried but couldn't deliver
Do you really think so, better players in the right positions are coming in….

Usual hysteria on here when a name mentioned, 2 weeks ago we weren’t signing a midfielder but because Baker was recalled we’ve had to get similar as cover till Travis back which hopefully isn’t too far off.. He will then slot in as an experienced squad player, as was Baker..
The main point is getting a striker, left winger( with pace) and left back, hopefully decent players who can go straight in the team.
Obviously we would like to get them in as soon as possible as, but this is Rovers and the main thing is to sign them this window.
As every transfer window I’ll make up my mind when the window closes, fingers crossed….

if true, that is a tough one to take and we needed him for that Burnley game
McBurnie gives us goals if we sign him which doesn't we will sign but I am pleased we are looking at him. Exactly what we need and someone has said to us, he is possibly available.
Improving his own round game each week
That’s the good news re Travis, Pickering heard possibly 3 months out.

Just heard Travis out for 6 weeks.

The Japanese lad we’re intrested in didn’t seem to play for his club this weekend or not a sub, possibly on his way??

Possibly a double signing today, Batth and Weimann.

Ok Batth signing tomorrow, I recon a right winger, a left back and an experienced goalie and that will be our window, and possibly the lad on trial if we shift a midfielder out( Buckley/ Garrett.
Think the signings could do well for us, obviously a bit of a gamble on some of them but I applaud the recruitment dept for thinking outside the box and being astute with the finances.
Think it could be an interesting season and hopefully we can win a lot of games especially at Ewood👍⚽️

If we get relegated is it good business to have sold our established proven Championship players?
Oh come on, 80% on here have said they would give him away for years now, of course he put a shift in but only got the odd goal.. Everyone moaning about letting contracts wind down and then getting zero money, he obviously didn’t want to sign another contract because he knew we wouldn’t pay £17000 a week and I don’t blame them for cashing in.

Pretty certain these signings will get over the line this time, but I was certain the lad from USA was signing last season, but this is Blackburn Rovers and Venkys so we know nothing is certain until they are done/dusted.
Lets see if the 3 medicals go to plan tomorrow and when Sammie and Gally move on we can get these other players in and hopefully have a decent season….

If you bothered to read my post rather than jump to conclusions I was informing people what happened rather than apportioning blame. I don’t do conspiracy theories thank you.
And some of us do appreciate the info thanks.

More pointless shuffling. Next will be Broughton out. Then they can all take the blame for what has happened.
Meanwhile Venkys remain.
Steve Waggott, Gandhi Babu, Sreenivasa Rao, Robert Coar, Suhail Sheik and Matt Wright all named on the club website as 'Senior management'.
Only one is ever visible or provides any degree of communication, and that is grossly inadequate.
Who are these people, what are they doing and when do they take any responsibility for the state of this club?
Pointless shuffling, what’s all that about, you’ve said for months someone should be held to account, now they’ve done it you’re saying it’s pointless, you can’t have it both ways….

How bad were our loans this season
moran? I thought he was meant to be the gem, miles off it, don’t see him making it at Brighton
ayari- didn’t see anything
chrisene- should probably have played more, might make it as a champ player
our best one was hill and he scarpered back as soon as he could to escape the shit show
Agree re Moran, think Ayari was decent and deserved more starts.
Also agree Hill was a very good player but he didn’t scarper back he was recalled by his club because of how he was performing for us.Chrisene after a shaky start ended up a decent sub. and didn’t let us down…

I think it needs a change of formation rather than a change of personnel.
You might get a different formation because JDT is off.

I know the board are busy finger pointing and buck passing, but at any vaguely functional club there would be some attention given to the current form. You either back or sack the manager. It would show that they had a vague interest in the club's fortunes. I can't see anything other than defeat given that we have a manager who doesn't want to be here and players who presumably would leave given half a chance. This degree of apathy is only going to lead to relegation.
Heard he will resign before Stoke game.

I have absolutely no confidence in our ability to get anything from this game.
Ennis scoring would be SO Rovers.
Depends on who’s picking our side 👁️

Heard it’s gone against us re McGuire, lad going back to Orlando, also one resigned ( not JDT). Nothing official but decent source.

It's all very odd. Why did LT say block. That makes it seem negative. What do they know that we don't? Why not just say rather than making it all speculative
Think it’s the wording from LT that’s causing the hysteria, block was probably the wrong word.
Lets see what JDT has to say after the match and hopefully in a good mood with a win.

I thought that might be, but surely all JDT / press officer has to say is that JDT is not taking questions on transfers, GB will be doing that on Monday.
Yes agree, would have been the right thing to do.
-
JDT going nowhere, Rover’s stopped him giving interview to protect him from talking about transfers, GB will be doing that in due course.

Think that’s aimed at a players meeting last week, after a talk from a potential new boss, and what I am told is,they couldn’t understand what he was saying, not the best at speaking the lingo…..
