  1. GAV, I wouldn't have taken it myself, Wigans first home game is Chelsea, ours is Fulham, so thats them above us for a start!!!
  2. Don't think anyone cares whether dixie will be there or not, not the scariest lad in the world is he ?
  3. Im not one for being rude............. But you may find your game with Derby is tomorrow night and not tonight as you seem to think... Hope you tractor hasn't already set off on the journey to Derby!!!!!! Some dingle you are eh!!!!!
  4. Oh come of it man, there was 10,000 Burnley in our stands at Ewood when we beat you 5-0. Still havent sold out yet i see....... To think its your cup final as well
  5. A small point how come when the topic about our Football banning orders were on here, we were the scum of the earth, and now a lot of people are going back to trips to Burnley in the 70's,80's and actually gloryfying what used to happen, although its far worse than anything that happens nowadays ??
  6. Bertie Mee said to Bill Shankly have you heard of the North Bank Highbury ? Shanks said no i don't think so but ive heard of the........ BLACKBURN AGGRO
  7. Apparantley Rangers are confident that he will be back at ibrox by the end of january, the midfielder has made it clear he wants to return to his former club.
  8. You are going to get nowhere by staying stood up, chanting etc, will only give stewards, police etc good reason to move in and eject/arrest.... whats it matter if the away fans are stood up, rovers fans do it when away, if you want to stand up go and watch Rochdale or someone with terracing... You pay for a seat so sit in it. The stewards aren't doing it for a hobby..it's there job.
  9. No not at all, by that i mean having a beer with people who have been in trouble in the 70's 80's etc.
  10. The club only have to pay for the Officers who are situated in the ground, which isn't many at all, the club aren't responsible for policing the streets of Blackburn before, during or after the match.
  11. As I have mentioned on here before. i am also one of the 17, I will also be accepting the minimum ban we have been offered, due to the fact the costs for the case is liable to run into 1000's of pounds, and I havent got that kind of money spare... The way i see it is, there hasn't been much trouble at Ewood at all compared to other places, but lancashire constabulary have to justify their presence at Ewood by making arrests and bringing the Banning orders before the magistrates, they aren't on double time or whatever at Football Matches for nothing. I also see it from their point of view at the end of the day they are doing their job, If they weren't getting paid for it i seriously doubt they would like to spend their time on all the paperwork etc which will come with these orders. Yes i feel a little hard done by to receive an order, but thats the way it is, like somebody said earlier most of it is association, and if you drink in town every matchday, wearing designer clothes in a group of lads, sooner or later you will come to the attention of the police..
  12. Personally i wouldn't mind Hughes or Ternent... Think it will be strachan though.
  13. Just been told by girlfriends sister, who is one of Steve Cotterills p.a's that Burnley will make a bid early next week.
  14. Would be fantastic if the above is true and would surely see a good following.
  15. Absolute rubbish, if anyone actually believes that they need help. There is no way if were as good as you believe we could be so consistantly bad, most Rovers fans made the mistake of believing we could do as well as last season, sadly it was never going to happen, when we sell Duff and Dunn and replace with Reid,Emerton and Baggio.
  16. I know he didn't mean it literally, but still it's not a good thing to hear really is it, I am becoming worried about the man, and the club, So what if we did drop into the bottom 3, the players can wake up all they like, wouldn't make a difference if the teams around us also woke up. NATIONWIDE HERE WE COME, BUT THIS TIME WE ARE BOOKED IN FOR A LONGER STAY.
  17. Couldn't believe my eyes when i read the Lancashire Evening Telegraph and read the comments by souey, What kind of pillock says, A spell in the bottom 3 would be good as it may wake a few people up.Can't he see how we have been playing recentley if we enter that bottom 3 we ain't getting out.
