Let them go away for weeks and do their final scouting and created their shortlist for each position they want signings in and the 3 man shortlist. Then we meet the week before Christmas where the Director of football, head coach and head of recruitment present their targets, videos why each player on the shortlist and then we decide who the first, second and third choices and whether everything is in the budget or not. If you have nothing to show that they don't then let's go with what has been said. I think Schlupp would be reasonable signing, cover 2 or 3 positions, experience, played in the championship before. cos of Pickering being out till March at least, so how do you not understand that versatility is needed in a playing squad. All depends how many players we can sign within the budget. The way you talk you would 3 deep every position and a budget that be over budget I think Schlupp can add some thing to the squad for the reason above.

Schlupp is wide player or wing back. Not centre midfielder by trade even tho he has played there. I would take Schlupp given he can played 2/3 positions.
