I have seen on TV about the limited amount of away fans at games but that doesn't change the fact that every La Liga is on TV and their games is spread over 4 days and each have their own time slot unless PL football is abit different to that

Championship 24/25

looking like Hull are considering sacking Selles despite him keeping them up. Its a poor from Hull and when will their owner learn and stick with one for once. Selles did the job he was bought in to do. reports are saying Mowbray in the frame to replace Selles. -
this is why we need signing on the right side of attack in our 4-2-3-1 formation now Dolan is leaving. Given how he has post match in both games suggested for certain(in my opinion) he is deffo leaving. Boro linked and I'm sure they are others in for him. I do think Rovers need to bring in a 2/3 signings before pre season started like we did that summer in GB/JDT second season here.

Valérien Ismaël: Blackburn Rovers Head Coach
chaddyrovers replied to DE.'s topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
and who says he doesn't respect the fans? In the last few games in has come over the fans whether it was at Ewood Park or away games so surely that point is a mooted one now? Toth coming out and catching the ball is what I want to see my keeper do. He has impress me with this piece of play. must start as number 1 keeper for me -
I would expect Paul Gray or David Lowe to step into that role

Firstly as I have told you previously, I don't have TNT Sports because they don't have the sport coverage I wanted to watch like Premier league, EFL, F1, cricket, Darts, so why would I pay £30 pounds a month for something I don't watch. But you don't have TNT sports or Sky Sports either RF99 so don't start taking the high horse here You yet again, are mixing up two different competitions and you can't put both deals together. The PL and its clubs have their own TV rights and the EFL and its clubs have they. The problem with limited how many times teams can be on will also decrease the worth of the finances in the TV deal and you wanted the team challenging for the championship or Top 4/European places which can only be determined as the season goes on and how teams played over a course of a season or what happens if teams make it to later stages of the FA Cup or European games, then games are moved. TV companies give plenty of notice We have been over why the EFL deal was made and why games have been moved to increased the revenue for clubs from TV rights which the clubs wanted. cos it doesn't suit your argument and not your opinion.

of course its relevant as we had what we expectations before the season started but for some reasons you won't or can't say what yours were, maybe cos we over achieved this season but that wouldn't fit your argument would it! I would say the players more than Eustace as they are the one on the pitch who has to delivered it on the pitch. -
He's been here for 13 years and in different roles

More BS about standards. Hedges is good squad player for middle team club like us and on our budget We need a new midfielder anyway cos we Forshaw is out of contract and as I said previously I wouldn't renew. So we could need 2 if Buckley moves on what are you going on about now! Carter and Batth both had spell out injured this season and Wharton is coming back from long term injury so why the hell would he take a risk of leaving yourself short or putting too much pressure on Wharton playing too regular in this area again. We had it this season when Carter was out and we had to keep playing Batth and Hyam cos McFadzean couldn't play in back 4. Plus Batth is a year old.

Stop talking such bollocks pal in 12 months were gone from almost being relegated on the last day of the season to just missing on the playoffs. Pundits predication us to be relegated or bottom 6, yet the players and head coaches proved that lot so wrong. Did you expect Rovers to be playoffs candidates this season or not? you don't praised them for this season but willing to give all credit to Eustace -
We have 5 live PL games per weekend already but with certain teams having European games it further complicated the matters cos more games are being played on Sunday at 2pm So they have decided to televised those games to allow fans to watch those games who wouldn't have access to them unless they have dodgy box/firestick. Plus Sky have got their Amazon games per season.

We had a good overall season and we gone from relegation candidate to playoff challenges within 1 season. Most pundits thoughts we would be bottom 6/relegation team. The players deserved alot more credit than you given them. You acted like Eustace is the only one responsible for our progress this season. -

so you think people in different areas aren't feeling the financial pressures that people in Lancashire area or feeling for the uncertainly over their jobs? -

We extend it once this summer by 2 weeks and I think it was smart move given we have just finished the season and been on a run of 14 points from the last 6 games. gives soe fans to make their own choice? Plus we announced ST prices weeks ago. It was no brainer to renew given this is passion and I couldn't imagine not going to every home game and going with the people I do. So why does every club do an early bird scheme then? are you current STH and have you renew for next season? if so or not, what was your reasons for doing so? -
I would disagree that 4 is enough given if 2 centre backs are injured and that leaves just 2 centre back which could be long period of times. So why not just have an extra player or two whether that's up and coming youngester from the academy or a player who can play centre back and defensive midfielder Hedges is a good squad player and someone I would keep around. And before you have asked my opinion on Forshaw hasn't changed
-
so you think games should only be played at 3pm on Saturday then? Or should we actually moved the times and realised that those days have gone and the world has changed from 9-5 work schedule Monday to Friday and we lived in 24/7 economy and we should have games on from Friday night to Monday night like we have for many years now. If you looked at the Spanish La Liga schedule that 10 games are spread over 10 different times slot and all covered by TV

Season Tickets 2025/26
chaddyrovers replied to JHRover's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Speaking as a fan from my own point of view, I think its a fair price and affordable and I can attend every home league game. plus The price is same I paid in 2021/22. Thinking If I was the owner I would have dropped them in our 150th anniversary to £150 all areas and created a special one of price in this season and get Ewood Park full, I would be completely clear this is one off price to the fan base. Next season, they will go back to the same price as year before in 24/25 season -
neither does UEFA but you don't moan about that do you? wonder why?

I hope you are well and better health wise. You make many good points in your post. A lot of pundits have us going down or bottom 6 so its shows how much the players and head coaches(Eustace, Lowe and Ismael) proven these people and many fans who wasn't expecting us to top half and challenging for a playoffs before the season I would have snapped your hand off What were your expectations before the season and did we out performed? So if we did then does it show progress and show some happiness? -

My point which you missed it is about football clubs need income during the summer period and that income is through ST's and club merchandise. Its a business at the end of the day Football clubs have these phases in order to get a baulk of money in within a specific period of time. Yes Rovers could choose to not to raise in the next phase but extending the deadline by 2 weeks was good smart move I would say that country is facing higher bills and uncertain job market with businesses holding off investing and hiring. Aren't Rovers are one of cheaper in the championship next season in terms of pricing?
