  1. No surprise there is there but if Derby have offered Batth a 2 years contract then fine, I stand by not offering him that sort of deal. 1 year contract with the option of another 1 but not a straight 2 year contract with no get out clause not much thought into those signings but they are Eustace's type of players Eustace was championship experience and doesn't really look overseas for signings. That's what he wants.
  2. agreed there 1005
  3. England playing Spain in the channel 4 shortly
  4. Yes he attends of both depends who is at home. no idea Like I said the odd game but never going to get regular full stadium under this ownership
  5. Made this point several weeks ago that we only had 2 fit centre backs. So probably need 2 centre backs in not one if Batth doesn't re-sign here Most teams scout from Video using Wyscout to find players nowhere days cos you don't need at the game, travel arrangements and other costs involved now watch videos at home or at Brockhall. https://www.hudl.com/en_gb/products/wyscout Exactly. Gestede said we wanted a box to box player and he says he is I watched JRC come through from under 21 to the first team and he was attacking wide player. In the right team I would play him from the right side of the attack with an overlapping player
  6. Batty getting 1st team football is what he should be doing at his age.
  7. Same thing just nic picking from yourself Plenty of people do whether its one English and one overseas team
  8. Jimmy Anderson will captain Lancashire tomorrow in the county championship
  9. And you will used every opportunity to downplay any investment in the squad. 2 journalists have had reported a similar fee so why not trust them? They have inside information whilst don't.
  10. Think @K-Hodpost it. I know a couple of fans who support both. Go to home games when they can.
  11. Rovers were a very different under Jack Walker and the Walker Trust under John Williams compare to now. Fans have walked away cos of Venkys or their decision. The owners set the direction of the club. If you had a new owner with proper coherent plan, Good CEO, understanding the local area and being part of the community, meeting fans, etc.. If we Season Ticket prices at £250 or even £200 under this ownership do I think we sold many more? Possibly but no guarantee, under a new owner, I reckon we would.
  12. It's another unknown player to the fans but Rovers would have done their homework on him, video analysis, data analysis on him. Well be interesting to see what type of player he is, etc,.etc from pre season and Championship games
  13. Gestede and Owen both there meeting him at the training ground
  14. I would agree with different owners its good possibility but until the current owners it won't. People have walk away for good, found other things to do, some gone supporting Stanley, etc Small minded mentality? 😂😂😂 We have talked about the current ownership to death and we all know the issues. Under new owners who are here, understand the local area and fan base, etc. Most likely very different but until the current owners sell We will never get a full Ewood Park again regular only in certain games.
  15. More people are obsess about the fee actually is then the quality of the player. Ismael wants pace, ability to get box to box quickly and younger players can do this. Ismael spoke about profiling the right players and what they bring. Nzonzi was a great find by Rovers and his team got relegated from Ligue 2 or Samba from Hertha Berlin B team. We tried it with Telalovic but it didn't work out but pleased he is doing so well over there.
  16. Ismael towards end of the season, stop picking Buckley and JRC even for the bench in favour of Forshaw, so from that point onwards and from the style of play Ismael wants to play that both probably/most likely not part of his plans. He wants his centre midfielders to go box to box and quickly which doesn't suit of them. Also both need to play regular first team football now and I don't see that here sadly. Fan of both.
  17. apart from the odd game we will never fill Ewood again
  18. Welcome to Rovers, Sidnei Looking forward to seeing what type of midfielder and why we paid the fee we have. 2 signings done now and lets hope for a couple more before the Stanley game.
  19. My dad was Massive Rovers Supporter and I following him in being a Rovers Supporter around 91 and that campaign was our promotion to the newly formed Premier League and still proud to be one now. Those early years were the best ever following by Souness and Hughes time here
  20. Coventry and Ipswich were a PL clubs when I started following Rovers in 1992, They aren't small clubs. They have been poorly run in the past but not small clubs.
  21. Yes he said similar last summer about Travis would be likely sold and same with Dolan. https://www.brfcs.com/forums/topic/36874-the-summer-transfer-window-press-submit/page/169/#findComment-2603013 Lets see what the fee is or see what type of player he is actually cos I take no-one has seen him? Adam Owen has alot of contacts out there plus lets factoring in the scouting knowledge of our 2 senior scouts of Piotr Sadowski and Michael Cairney Is Buckley or JRC players you would bring on to see a lead out or game changers? Did you not think we need to move them on for the sake of their own career and playing regular football
  22. Agree here. Buckley and JRC should be moved on. Buckley need to play regularly and he won't here, and JRC need to move on for himself Forshaw will be squad player starting few games but mainly off the bench he will.used in my opinion Probably the box to box midfielder Ismael wanted
  23. Is it's? So you know what every player at Rovers is paid? Sharing that info then Mike? Yes true on a few players I will say like Caulker.
  24. no surprise Forshaw has re-sign here. It was clear Ismael wanted him to sign from his comments at the end of the season. Squad player midfielder with experience 4th choice but adding Championship experience to this squad. been busy Rev, see my comments above It appears that this player is already here in Manchester from Comments. Ismael wanted a box to box midfielder signing and Tavares could be that player Sidnei Tavares - Player profile 24/25 | Transfermarkt
