My thoughts it is 2 points down and not a good enough performance defensive and we failed to score our chances. After the first 30 mins we dominated the game and should have been out of sight. Played some good attacking football. Scored a good goal and had a number of other good chances to make it 2 and 3 nil but we didn't. For their goal it is poor keeping from Wahlstedt and our defenders. We knew that from Set Pieces they would be threat but we couldn't deal with it. After half time, JDT sent them out early and its shown very quickly what JDT's team talk was with in the first minute we scored and Szmodics took his goal so well. We created other options but failed to take them. Rotherham got a goal from us simply not doing enough to block the cross and our inability to defend a simple ball in from them. Not good enough. Telalovic continue to impress and played well. Szmodics and Sigurdsson took their goal well. Hill did well but I didn't understand JDT taking Telalovic or Moran off for Ennis and Markanday who either impress me to be honest again. Ennis doesn't work hard for me. I would have bought on leonard for Telalovic if he needed to come off. Garrett or Glisenan instead of Markanday or even Gamble with Brittain moving to right wing. I would bring in Mike Sheron or Ryan Kidd to take over in charge of set pieces. Benson doing it isn't working and his focus should be improving and working with Wahlstedt improving his catching and taking charge of his box Are you liking to get good experience players on loan It would have been interesting to see who we would have signed or could have signed without the budget debacle

I feel we should be able to bring 2 to 3 young players each season into the first team squad. agree? agreed and that is exactly what we do including this season. Why wouldn't you want to develop your own players when you are spending x amount on Category 1 status? I don't think we are soft touch either. dude, with no offence no one is up Venky's arsehole but no one expecting what happened during the summer to the budget to happened. After last season under JDT, most fans were thinking playoffs this season were realistic and they were a real buzz around the club with the right signings. Yes we all know what they done and we would like right new owners.

We did that in the summer when we sold Kaminski, Phillips plus released Dack and Ayala and signed some good players like Sigurdsson, Tronstad plus a couple of loan players who added quality to the squad. Developing our talent young players is one of key part of our footballing plan. We have cat 1 status and we should be developing players each season from the under 21/18 each season

GB, JDT, the players and the fans wanted promotion this season and it still possible we could get a playoff place but we need some quality signings. JDT is very good at developing players and you can see the development in Adam Wharton, Jake Garrett, Harry Leonard. I listened to Sigurdsson's interview after signing here permanent and he praised JDT and said he learnt more about football in 6 months then the rest of his career. He did deserved a chance at higher level but joining QPR was massive mistake

We have one of the lowest budget in the championship and simply don't have finances to sign proven players. We would all have loved a proven goalscorer but we don't have the finances sadly. We are looking at the mainly the loan market cos that where we can pick up quality players for 6 months/the season who can add that quality we need. So far we have linked to 2 full backs(both on loan), The Crewe CB and 2 strikers(both on loan). We can still wheel and deal in the market but each player must fit into our style of play and how JDT wants to play. Looking towards this summer recruitment I would be targeting players in Germany, Holland and Scandinavia plus looking for talented players in league 1 and 2.

JDT is very happy to developing players for the first team like he did with Ash Phillips by playing him in his 3rd game. Plus Wharton and Garrett. Yes JDT is ambitious but he is happy to develop young talent players
