He is 29 years old, doesn't have any particular attributes such as pace, height, technique - he is just a good allround player with a diehard attitude and one heck of a goalscorer. However if he starts missing he has nothing going for him. It's a risky signing for Ipswich. He is unproven at the highest level. Will be very interesting to follow his career.

No way we should sell SS to Leeds. I have no problem selling to a PL team to be part of "realizing dreams" which again will create a good reputation that Rovers is a place to develop and become better which will attract talents. However we should in no way sell to a Championship rival. I WILL BE FURIOUS if that happens
