  1. Easily a worse challenge than Breretons
  2. Sums Walton up, simple shot down the middle he runs past it, dives, misses it with his hands and manages to hurt himself when it hits his face
  3. Never doubted those subs
  4. Armstrong going off? What?
  5. Awful at the moment we keep passing it to them
  6. That touch from Pereira was such class, if his team mates could finish this would be game over, everything including the goal has been directed centrally, they may be playing the odds, hit the target and one will go in
  7. Offside or not that shouldn’t be so easy
  8. Decent stop by Walton, Pereira causing trouble again
  9. In a world where Gallagher is £5m and Brereton is £7m what a bargain Pereira is at £9m
  10. Can see Wigan doing enough to stay up even with the 12 points! Good news for us in the race to avoid relegation next season potentially
  11. I don’t think we are a dirty team, think that Travis tackle could have been a red as it was studs up but they must have got away with 5 bookings
  12. Stonking win Can we play play off chasing teams every week?
  13. That’s shit from Rothwell, so weak
  14. We’re playing well here but it has to be 3 points, a point here is no good
  15. What a finish that is DG!
  16. Stunning finish to be fair, keeper made the decision for him you feel but when it’s taken that well what can you say
  17. They’ve looked by far the better team in the first 10 mins then we created by far the better chance, Nyambe will never get a better one
  18. ‘Unfortunately no Warren Lucy with me on commentary’ Shame
  19. Out of all the decisions I’m most annoyed about Johnson ahead of Davenport
  20. Not in the least excited but I’m a glutton for punishment so I’ll be watching. Feels like a dead rubber for us, season all but over so we’ll provably pick up a few wins again now. Drop Walton, drop Johnson, drop Gallagher, no silly formations
  21. I’ve not voted but it’s a sad indictment that if I was to vote at this point it’s most likely to be ‘don’t care’ I like Tony as a man he seems a decent bloke but his presence on the sidelines is drab, he’s not a man that will make people run through walls. Something goes wrong on the pitch and his default reaction is to bury his head into his hands, it’s infectious for all the wrong reasons. Im sure we’ll string together another couple of good results the last few games and then waste the summer missing out on players Expect then we’ll have a season of lower mid table a short good run followed by longer windless runs throughout the season. Its all a grind!
