Me too abbey. I can't readily think of a celebrity chef that doesn't require the same treatment! They are all conceited knob heads. Truth is I'd like to hit Gordon Ramsey with Worrall Thompson and kill two birds with one stone.
...Sorry yes I can James Martin's OK.... Oh and Fearnley Whittingstall's fine too although I'm not sure rat bourginon and rook fricassee are exactly my barrow.
For me Michel Roux Jr is leaps and bounds better than the rest

Well hello there.
Most people will have seen me around these parts, my full name is Tom Marsland, 27 from Rishton.
I've been a season ticket holder all my life, although my earliest proper memories seem to be the play off semi finals and final at Wembeley (vividly remember watching the away leg on the pitch at Ewood and the celebrations when Moran scored), currently I sit in N01 row 23 seat 5.
Last year I became a member of the fans forum after being on a waiting list after reading the minutes on the official site, I was one of the Fans forum members who made the trip to Pune last month. I'm active on here and twitter talking football mainly.
In my personal life I work for BT and have done for around 10 years now, most of my time outside of work these days is spent with my wife and nearly 6 month old son, as you can probably tell from the avatar and sig I'm a bit of a Disney / animation buff along with Wrestling and games consoles, so like Glenn I suppose I am also a bit of a geek!

Clayton street is legendary it's quite sad I'll never taste their proper chips again.
We used to go and eat in every Saturday lunch before rovers. Never had to order as dave just knew!
-
Finally got round to watching v for vendetta, portmans shocking accent aside I enjoyed it
-
has anyone played uncharted 3 yet? I got it yesterday. Unbelievable game. The cut scenes are excellent and everything feels more refined. Chapter 3 so far and I'm hooked and so is the wife.
I love it but not as much as 2, the aiming is somehow off IMO.
I think I'm so hyped for Skyrim that maybe the timing is bad as I really want to get through Uncharted which isnt giving me time to enjoy it fully.
-
Is Uncharted today I rang Gamestation and they said tomorrow!
Arkham City was great fun, not just have to get all the riddler trophies.
Will pick up Uncharted tomorrow and then got Skyrim on order and I want Saints Row 3, TOO MANY GOOD GAMES!

Cheers Reb, seen Antichrist my god that's a film to make any man wince, or woman for that matter. Hard hitting stuff.
I like most kinds of horror apart from things like paranormal activity, for some reason ghost flicks freak me out.
My favourite horror in years is probably rec although I was nervous goig in the loft for a whole after ha.
For a enjoyably Halloween film I would recommend Trick R Treat, camp almost b movie type collection of horror films.
-
Most my blu rays are Disney or Pixar and they pretty much all look great. Ratatouille still looks about the best of the lot.
Disapointed that there's not more Halloween films on tonight I know it's not till Monday but I like a good Friday night horror
-
Arkham city is awesome so far, not too far into the story but spent ages doing the AR training and stuff.
-
This is typical, 3 games I really want are Skyrim, U3 and Arkham City, why do they all have to come around the same time. I also will have to get Saints Row the third plus have a huge backlog at present.

Don't know the name yet, other than it "ambitious" and "would be surprised if this guy joined Rovers". You can bet that Nicko with his connection will be covering this story in Mirror tomorrow.
But remember Jensen was going to make the world of football sit up and take notice

Kean has probably said that it is Jensen who has been telling him what to do with the team, substitutions etc and therefore Venkys have got rid of him and now giving Kean another 6 months to prove his worth!!!
That sounds worryingly plausible

Kean to take his job please and a real manager to replace him!

Got Duke Nukem delivered today for £2.99 in that gamestation price glitch, seems fun enough if techincally bad
-
Anyone got Gears of War 3 yet? Didn't think they could surpass the tear-jerking death of Maria Santiago in GoW2, no spoilers here, but they did.
How powerful games are becoming relative to movies and TV shows.
Not played it not a bit fan of the GoW series but may pick it up on the cheap.
However some games can hit hard now, the 'end' to the fantastic Red Dead Redemption was like a sledgehammer to the gut.

I know its crap really but I still enjoy a McDonalds breakfast if I'm honest.
-
Not quite a restaurant as such but we went to TGI Fridays at cheshire oaks today after a day at chester zoo. All four of us really enjoyed it, the boneless wings (made with franks red hot sauce of course) and the jack Daniels chicken strips were brilliant.
-
I may get the Tiger game, I used to love them but then grew tired of them after the same game year on year with minor tweaks (same as I did with Smackdown Vs Raw)
I've been waiting for weeks for Gamestation to get more stock of Alice:Madness returns now as I have £22 credit there and want that game.
The wife is out on Saturday and I'm staying in with the baby and fancied a new game but don't know what, really bored of FPS games so they are out.
-
I thought the end was a very clever way to end the series.
They'll make more no doubt about it.
Good ending though.
-
I don't like the sound of ass chicken too much I must admit!
-
I enjoyed it as well Abbs, I'm a sucker for 3d as it gives the cinema experience something different to watching at home.
-
Finally got round to watching Inception, good film maybe not as good as the hype. End got a little forced I thought.
-
I went to Red Hot World buffet on Liverpool one and whilst the selection was great I left wishing I'd just gone to a dedicated Indian / Chinese / Italian and just had one good meal instead.
Then again I felt the same at La Salsa in Darwen and others rave about it.
-
Think so Abbs, used to go as a kid for Ice Cream I think if its the same one

I'm talking all 3, much rather watch him than any of the others, his ego is down to his excellent pedigree and high standards.
