  1. People heard Friday JDT was leaving after the QPR match Rumours going around on Sunday that Broughton had resigned Both not true so with Respect to JB I'm sure he has heard 2 have left today but there probably is no truth to it.
  2. I keep reading this "looking forward to what Gregg says" He isn't going to be able to be totally honest,if it's the owners fault etc we aint going to hear that from him. He also won't sit there explaining that they were told they couldn't make permanent signings at a late stage.
  3. Probably because those deals fit In the tiny budget the owners signed off on The larger deals probably have to go through every single Rao family member and their multiple advisors
  4. Or it's Broughton isn't responsible for it
  5. People do resign when their position keeps on getting undermined We were making permanent bids for players on the Wednesday obviously the circumstances Broughton was working under changed on deadline day and it wouldn't surprise me at all when the cost of the loan deal for McGuire was revealed there was more interference
  6. When asked about the McGuire deal why didn't JDT namedrop Broughton, if like you suggest it's Broughton's fault? As for your last paragraph, ok we didn't quite have it like O'Brien and McGuire in previous windows but how many times did we have players in the building on deadline day only for the deals to never materialise. I think your stance on Broughton is weird...fair enough you don't rate his recruitment I respect that but things like "on the owners gravy train" "he will be clinging on here forever" those statements are a load of nonsense to me. Broughton was following his career path interviewing here ,he wasnt headhunted ,he actually wasn't even offered the job first someone else was. Even on O'Brien as Dof he really shouldn't have to be standing over the person whose responsibility it was for the forms to be sent off on time and correctly. He is not the problem here.

  8. Well the manager doesn't think he is.Didnt hear him mentioning Broughton's name when asked about the McGuire situation.
  9. A queue for Ole?Is that why he is still out of work 2 years after leaving united? He did shit at Cardiff
  10. Just rewatched it a spoof video making fun of the McGuire fiasco
  11. It's a video of Greggs interview after last January window
  12. They both been on the bench for the club's they came from. Not sure on fleck but McFad made every bench for Coventry. Certainly understand why they wouldn't have started yesterday but absolutely no reason for them not being on the bench
  13. One is Gallaghers contract being renewed for next season The other is the club wanted compensation paying if JDT took another job if they accepted his resignation last summer Iv not read the articles tho just got a summary in a text message
  14. Probably because one of the owners gave permission for money to be spent and then another one of them turned round and said no. I don't believe the club were making bids on Wednesday without prior agreement from the owners
  15. It's a shame it wasn't the summer he departed if he is to depart this week as the poor results and performances of the last couple of months has most of Facebook believing it's him thats the problem. If he does go as I expect he will then I hope he goes onto good things and proves what I think he can be with a bit of support
  16. Eze and Olise will be massive losses for Palace if out for a long period Think Hodgson will be gone this week now
  17. After calling the owners out publicly and being as honest as he was in that interview the club will find his compensation this week.He will get sacked
  18. A dof who has been given a league one budget and has had the rug pulled from under him at least twice He was making bids for players on Wednesday now he would not have been doing that if he hadn't have some agreement beforehand JDT didn't namecheck Broughton, I'm not even arguing about Broughton's ability, if you think he is shit fine but he would only be replaced by similar or worse (like going back to when we couldn't get any of our players to sign new contracts) Same with Waggott, we had Derek Shaw before him who next. Owners out
  19. Even if they did come to a mutual understanding our lot would probably still seek compensation if appointed anywhere within the time frame of his contract here Calling out the owners usually only leads one way tho so can't see him being here much longer
  20. JDT can't walk away without the club's blessing even if he does it without a payoff If he walks without the club agreeing they can place him on gardening leave and he wouldn't be able to take another job till the contract he signed here had ended
  21. He came on at half time for stoke
  22. I didn't realise that about it being only us based players to be fair ,JDT wanted an experienced player there and I think he put his foot down over Gallagher being sold Really hope these JDT leaving rumours are nonsense
  23. He must have a little bit of ability to have received an international call up Will he even play anyway if only one up top and JDT is still manager he will start Gallagher
  24. If JDT goes this is up there with relegation from the premier league as one of the worst weeks since they took over Wharton and JDT in one week with no significant money spent on the squad only begs and borrows
  25. We will see but I'm not convinced he is going
