IF Kean was moved or fired (By the family), Shebby would source 4-5 potential replacements. Give his recommendation. Then the family would decide who's hired (Most likely they'd agree with him).

IMO, we aint missed much with Cox.

Have seen him several times and I think he is a very average player. He's a 'head shaker' - when you have seen him on more than one occasion you will know what I mean.
