Like many on here, I have not been to Ewood for nigh on 15 years, after having been a season ticket holder since the early 60’s. For those like me who have boycotted I have the utmost respect, as to the others who continue to attend  games regardless of their dislike of the ownership, likewise.

I work with a guy who is also a season ticket holder, and he was at pains to throw down my throat how wonderful it was against Watford, that because of the boycott, all the anti Venky fans weren’t there, all the real fans (his description) could enjoy the game without the idiots spoiling it for the real fans (his description)

That tells you everything that is wrong with part of the fanbase and its love-in with the Venky’s  from a large part of the current crowd.
They just don’t get it I’m afraid.

Doesn't sound like a supporter of Blackburn Rovers to me. More like a dingle.

Fortunately for him, when the club drops down to the bottom half of league two there'll be no more folk there complaining about how shit the club is. Just a bunch of empty heads rattling round in an empty Ewood (assuming that they haven't flogging the place off for housing by that time)

That isn’t remotely a true description of who was still there for Watford. I know plenty that still went and not one is ‘pro Venky’s’.
