We can hope.

You're a manager relatively new to the club, you get a ragtag squad to the play off places, and you've already said publicly we don't want to waste a transfer window. It's definitely blown up.
-
It still counts. They had the opportunity to pay a better player those wages and didn't take it.
-
He is seething, I imagine he's not responsible even though he's claimed responsibility, and I reckon someone has had a massive bollocking. I wouldn't be surprised if someone's for the chop, and I wouldn't be surprised if GB is pissed off at Waggott and Pasha for being sat on their arses in Birmingham. And rightly so. However he lost me at signing Hirst, I wasn't happy that he couldn't recently bring in a striker, and now this. I remain unimpressed.
-
Not such a fruitful night of PR. Waggott has freely exposed what a charlatan he is to 99.9% of the fan base, and the rest of football.
-
I think if all was in order it would have been okayed already. Appealing is a belated PR exercise to dupe some fans into thinking they tried their best.
-
It will have opened the eyes of some about how badly the club is ran as a business. Worrying confirmation that it's being ran on a wing and a prayer.
-
I think this last debacle has done me in and all faith is lost. I'll keep supporting the club and watch the matches but I'm under no illusions that it's ever going to go anywhere, and eventually it will fall even further. Nothing can sustain constant neglect and BRFC is no different. Anything else to the contrary coming from the club is just lip service. There's no attempt at getting promoted, or even being competitive. Waggott and his employees are just building their own castles and couldn't care less. If we get beat against Wigan, I don't think I'll even be angry about it, just empty like I do now.
-
That that he said, not that.
-
They didn't!

Oh there's a few out there.

Yeah you could write a weighty tome.

Is that not looking at it a tad simplistic? We literally had no midfield that day. I agree we need two fullbacks (and a striker!) but with a midfield general we'd have been much better off and possibly sneaked into the play offs. It may have actually lead to coming back from behind in some games. But it's done now, that's that. Just as it was last January, and the January before that, and before that, and before that... Etc. I'm done with thinking the club will ever come good again, as it seems the club is finally done as a competitive organisation. I've often said the team has too many passengers. Looks like behind the scenes we have even more, just parasitically drawing a wage.

I was meaning how can we judge him after X transfer windows, if in one of them we only signed one loanee. It's not planning for the future and makes no sense. Just like it makes no sense to bring in a manager who wants to play football, if you don't back him. The clubs and the managers "projects" are two different things, it seems.
-
His football ideology may have turned out sound if he'd been backed. I don't see much difference between his ideology and Kompany's tbh. It's just Kompany has better players - and two first teams to choose from.
-
How many windows did Tomasson say to judge him on? I imagine this one isn't included.
-
-
It will send me bonkers the next time I hear about... The project! Because we've had it confirmed that the project is utter bullshit now. I include JDT, coaches and playing staff in that (as in it's now been confirmed for them it's bs). What a message to send out.

Suhail is supposed to be Venkys "man on the ground", overseeing events. On deadline night he was at the wrong ground in an executive box. A normal club would sack him, Waggot and Silvester.
-
Doubtful. They've never been afraid to do the bare minimum in the past, without too much trouble. Why do this and risk the PR shambles that it is?
-
Damning.
-
I don't know, it's pretty infuriating that we've missed out on someone who could provide an engine and focal point for the rest of the team to follow, considering we've been missing it all season. We'd still struggle for goals but we wouldn't be trampled over in midfield most games. Barring the Blackpool game where Adam Wharton stepped up.
-
Tomasson is our "Paul Lambert" seemingly intelligent appointment by Venkys. You know what came after Lambert 😳

Be interested to hear this one.
