  1. Yeah, he's been up sh*t creek for a while now.
  2. Common sense, I don't see how difficult is to for some to see it. You don't gamble on team selection when your defense is leaky. Jim was spot on.
  3. Man City?! There was me thinking it was a way of bringing in more fans from Japan.
  4. One would hope that we replicate last season with a more convincing second half after a few transfer dealings. Though a worry for me is that the Brereton deal may render the Jan transfer window irrelevant.
  5. You were saying the scoreline and way we were playing was no reflection of the team sheet, and berating anyone who said otherwise. Tongue in cheek? Shite in gob more like.
  6. When you've got a half decent team but with obvious failings you would think he'd play it safe but he makes the same mistakes over and over. It's like Bowyer all over again.
  7. Says the man who continually defended Mowbray not starting with a striker and verbally abusing others in the process. You absolute dunce.
  8. I'd say he handed it to them with a great big bow on. There was only him and Bigdogsteel who thought starting without a striker upfront would yield positive results.
  9. And Palmer off. A striker for a midfielder, TM has gone nuclear.
  10. Now can someone at Rovers please remind TM every match that this approach does not work.
  11. Your reply was pretty much gibberish and contradicted your earlier post, that was kind of the point.
  12. I think everyone agrees we don't have a watertight defence, it's nothing new. So isn't that more reason for the manager to not set up a team that's unable to hold onto the ball, leaving a weak link at the top of the tree?
  13. So to summarise, having no strikers upfront hasn't contributed to us conceding 2 goals but our defense has contributed to us not scoring more than 2 goals?
  14. I haven't seen those goals but if it's like in the past where we can't retain the ball because there's no outlet upfront, then maybe it could be the reason.
  15. He's started a match with a midfielder upfront, one striker in midfield and the other two on the bench.
  16. Got to blame the manager for this one, took one look at the line up and knew it would be a difficult game. Any idea why Graham has been dropped?
  17. If he believes that much in Brereton he should be playing him when Graham isn't up to it. Then bring Graham on as sub so he hasn't got a full shift to do. Disappointing to see him not start with one proper striker on the pitch.
