Glad to see that JRC is benched. Pears being in goal is unforgiveable with all the time they've had for a replacement. We still look light. Gueye is a bully and good provider, but doesn't look much of a finisher, Yuki is on the bench, Dolan and the rest don't score enough. And we're still pedestrian on the wings.

If we'd have signed another decent striker and CB I'd be believing we could compete for promotion as the squad would have looked strong. Maybe we'll address that in January. I think it's more likely that this is their biggest marquee signing in a while and they are going to make a big deal out of promoting it.

If they'd made a big signing with all the money they've made + these signings, maybe. Like for example Stansfield. That would be a bigger statement of intent rather than Waggott's "top 10" finish goal.
