I worked in the background quietly with a small circle, whilst trying to support /advise others of an approach but it became evident lots wanted change, but getting someone to run with it was becoming impossible. So against family advice I decided in the interim I'd try and get a movement moving which is what we've done by building the Coalition. I'm hoping at some point now nearly all groups are involved that I can phase out as new blood comes to the fore to lead the charge for change.

On diplomacy to date the club publicly stating they want to address concerns, however they are avoiding any transparent meetings. Many supporters don't want the coalition to engage with the club at all, however given the club publicly stated they wanted diplomacy reluctantly we've called them out on this on the 18th April 2025 and stated we are wiling to sit down and discuss in a democratic, transparent setting. We did not want to give the club the playing card that we are unreasonable and won't engage. The club have offered no dates and are stalling, I suspect the main reasoning is they can't get suhail to agree to attend No Suhail , no meeting is our stance. These issues are not going to go away (as we've always maintained its not result driven in terms of what's happening on the pitch). We did pull a statement last night which we were gonna issue on the back of Yasirs interview and ahead of the game tomorrow. Our position democratically changed due to Yasirs social media exchanges and we felt what was an extremely positive statement, we couldn't stand by due to the divisive nature of the pod and subsequent social media exchanges between Yasir and concerned supporters The panel is extremely active in the "think tank" , we've many things being bounced about throughout each day. I think one of his major issues is "the victim card" he keeps playing. If you're a concerned supporter, rather than understand the concerns he automatically calls you a negative supporter, and then evolves the negative script in his own mind to deflect his own inability to do the new role he was given. I will take my season ticket for an example. Had I not promised my daughter I'd get her one, then there is no way I'd of renewed. There isn't a single reason the hierarchy has given me that I can wholeheartedly say gives me any confidence that I trust a single word they say. Their ignorance to supporters who literally bleed blue and white is scandalous. It's becoming a dictatorship rather than an entity built on democracy and integrity

I did hear from a couple of attendees that the FF was quite a heated one this time with some extremely heated exchanges at times. I believe @K-Hod did the brfcs members extremely proud as did some others in posing the real issues. How much makes the minutes I'm unsure , but I'm confident the real issues were put on the table. It's fair to say Saturdays game is the biggest in 15 years. It's fair to say our promotion rivals are all in lockdown preparing for their matches with their clubs just 3 games away from a £150? Payday. Its fair to say we'd be doing the same? Nope we've got an experience day at the training ground with every corporate possible as a distraction to what imo should be all focus on Saturday. Thank you everyone, I can't put into words how it feels to see so many people working together in unity. It's been tiresome this last 15 years. It's very hard for all to muster the energy given the journey we've been through. From watching @Eddie pod last night to to seeing Rorys pieces, to being in the think tank with so many different ideas from people of all ages and backgrounds it's got the fire in people's bellies to push for positive change, whilst still having time to enjoy 3 points on a match day. I have and continue to love being part of the BRFCS community, without it, I don't think on a personal level I'd ever have been brave enough to stand up all those years ago. People ask how can they get involved? My pms are always open , but believe me even without a pm the words you all write daily are as valuable as anything, especially to those who are getting involved for the first time. Thank you BRFCS

Kidderstreet podcast watch a long is quite long. Due to the tippy tappy pod being an hour too. We watched it and gave initial thoughts throughout baring in mind we've no notes or planned narrative.

It's unbelievable really how much of the narrative they are writing by their badly thought out words. You'd think they were part of the supporter coalition as they are creating that many 'gimmes" , they are genuinely making this easier with each breath. The total inconsistencies from interview to interview are not alarming, they just confirm what many suspected , an enterprise run with no clear credible leadership or sustainable path.
