  1. It's fair to say Saturdays game is the biggest in 15 years. It's fair to say our promotion rivals are all in lockdown preparing for their matches with their clubs just 3 games away from a £150? Payday. Its fair to say we'd be doing the same? Nope we've got an experience day at the training ground with every corporate possible as a distraction to what imo should be all focus on Saturday. I'm pretty sure the players rather be focused on the game rather than this . Peed me off this
  2. I'm with @J*B I think they'd sell at that point
  3. Thank you everyone, I can't put into words how it feels to see so many people working together in unity. It's been tiresome this last 15 years. It's very hard for all to muster the energy given the journey we've been through. From watching @Eddie pod last night to to seeing Rorys pieces, to being in the think tank with so many different ideas from people of all ages and backgrounds it's got the fire in people's bellies to push for positive change, whilst still having time to enjoy 3 points on a match day. I have and continue to love being part of the BRFCS community, without it, I don't think on a personal level I'd ever have been brave enough to stand up all those years ago. People ask how can they get involved? My pms are always open , but believe me even without a pm the words you all write daily are as valuable as anything, especially to those who are getting involved for the first time. Thank you BRFCS
  4. Superb work guys , some incredible one liners . Really liked how questions were redirected when the answer was wooly
  5. Rory is in the coalition has been from week 1
  6. Hi there is no election process, it's open to everyone, group or independent. Ping me a pm and we can share phone numbers
  7. Going through our personal contacts at present, people we know and have open dialogue with over a sustained period of time Those we don't have direct contact details for is a tougher ask but not impossible
  8. Already on case , We've a whole list and some have said yes already
  9. We've some news to release soon (maybe tonight subject to some internal sign offs of timing and format) which hopefully will trigger a chain of events to aid credibility of the "Coalition". Some serious hours daily are being thrown at this effort from many hands and it's nice to see breakthroughs as they occur
  10. Kidderstreet podcast watch a long is quite long. Due to the tippy tappy pod being an hour too. We watched it and gave initial thoughts throughout baring in mind we've no notes or planned narrative.
  11. It's unbelievable really how much of the narrative they are writing by their badly thought out words. You'd think they were part of the supporter coalition as they are creating that many 'gimmes" , they are genuinely making this easier with each breath. The total inconsistencies from interview to interview are not alarming, they just confirm what many suspected , an enterprise run with no clear credible leadership or sustainable path.
  12. They'll be hoping the heats off, quite the opposite. Results do impact certain opinion polls, but this has never been about results. Providing our focus remains on the greater picture and we remain unpredictable traction will continue all the way until an acceptable conclusion is reached. Believe me behind closed doors they ain't got the party poppers out , bar the odd one through naivety
  13. Doh , wish the wife let me go these things
  14. There is a live watch along tonight at 8pm of the Rudy/Sam podcast. With some of the Coalition panel joining s virtual studio to talk through things raised. https://x.com/KidderStNoise/status/1914997695631986991?t=gRx5m1YQRtrKu8ehGO706A&s=19
  15. Taking on board some comments and discussions, as a paid up WATR member I've put my name forwards for the forthcoming elections, to hopefully aid WATR growth. Hopefully others will follow suit,
  16. Their only play this stage is to extend the early bird and spin it as a thank you. Would take a very brave person to increase them. Also with safe standing and Rovers only mentioning it say once via social media, wait until people renew and realise their seat is now a rail seat. The safe standing element has been extremely lazy with supporters not even balloted if they'd like to stand in those areas, or at the same time those who'd like to stand wouldn't get a chance of those in those area renewed. I know my brother because he takes his young lad has made the decision not to renew as he didn't want to move seats and don't want his boy in a safe standing area where he's unlikely to be able to see. Certain things trigger different people but lack of engagement on this decision is mindless tbh
  17. What's been achieved to date. 1. Most groups , equally matched in numbers from independents have joined the panel. 2. We've opted for a public campaign via media initially as per our statement to ask the Execs to stay away. The impact of such from my experience has rocked Ewood more than one singular action ever achieved by the BRFC Action Group in all the years of the previous supporter uprising 3. We have needed to be quite undercover with road maps being developed which leads to different eventualities from each action. The club right now don't know if, when or how we'll protest, and have acted to date on red heron information tit bits we've thrown which we knew they'd bite on. This was evident when they spent a quarter season budget on the Middlesbrough game expecting a full scale riot and organised protest. To date the coalition has called no protest, however have been agile enough to speak to the necessary authorities to give the option if decide to. We've called only for a positive environment, which the club have taken as an act of war. 4. We've managed to get the world media to not only cover our story again , but have had the club make an unprecedented statement on the back of ours and put all three mentioned in front of the cameras (they are taking this serious) 5. We've generated showdown talks with India and the board and we ain't even got warmed up yet. Our latest intel is the legs ain't only started to come off the table, the table is likely to fall soon with casualties as early as the end of next week 😉. 6. We've totally blown their be part of the story campaign out the water as our timing was critical to de rail their PR, season tickets sales are currently in tatters. 7. Results are not the driver and we cannot let short term results detract from 15 years. This is about 15 years and enough is enough 8. We've started to get influential people on board with Wayne Hemingway MBE pledging his 100% support whilst developing a coalition badge for us. 9. Ex players have agreed to meet to discuss the campaign and see if it's something they can either get behind by offering support or indeed get involved. 10. Other non footballing influential supporters have offered in principle support and we are in discussions with these. We've only been going a month and as things develop a more rigorous mandate will be developed by those on the panel. I'm mindful the above is my interpretation and this needs to remain democratic
  18. I will try and answer some questions without speaking for everyone regarding what the coalition is and it's potential aims. This is just my understanding at this stage. Why the coalition? I was approached to join the coalition initially as a person but later endorsed it from a BRFC Action Group perspective. Why? The Coalition is an umbrella to allow groups and individuals to work closely together rather than in isolation to combat the growing issues which have evolved at Blackburn Rovers. It's also a panel that allows non group individuals to get involved without committing to one groups mandate. Why no mandate? What am I endorsing? Some groups have a constitution and governed mandate with differing members views, different objectives and in the main are catered around a club where things are going well. It's important that all groups don't feel compromised by being within a coalition panel, and their participation is without prejudice, whilst mutual respect is adhered to. (We've enough politics at the club, we could do without them in the supporter base) The coalitions current stance of those involved taking a majority and not individual view. 1. Would like the Raos to put the club up for sale. 2. Require the removal of Key decision makers at Ewood Park who are failing the club, it's supporters and in essence the owners. 3. Seek to find new owners and develop a strategy to make the proposition of buying Rovers attractive. 4. Would like a democratic inclusive voice implemented for supporters, which is open to all and balloted to the whole supporter base. This panel must be changed after each term (not decided what that term is, 2 season 3 season etc). A voice formed on integrity and not perks which binds togetherness. 5. Seeks the truth and transparency to remove the Exclusive nature of the flow of information. 6. Will hold the club to account publicly and with transparency with public opinion of supporters at the forefront of any engagement or action. 7. Will work with one another within the coalition to aid the rebuild of the club and will consider supporting initiatives of said coalition members when presented with a democratic choice. 8. Will not publicly damage or get drawn into cross group infighting and will seek disagreements to be discussed via private consultation. A supporter base divided only creates a stronger foundation to those currently holding the keys at Ewood.
  19. No doubt the new kit will look like a seat to plug the narrative all is well
  20. It becomes even more alarming when you check their cvs and do background checks. Does no one at Rovers check their claims made when interviewing? We've employees claiming to have run global enterprises working on multi million pound contracts, who when you research the companies. Haven't even filed an account or have been struck off in less than a year. This alone is grounds for dismissal especially when the very things they are responsible for is falling to pieces. Complete amateurs
  21. Any guesses on season tickets sold? I'm being told just a couple of hundred at this stage, be shocked if it's that low
  22. In his recent interview he suggest the next step is director of football and hopefully the top role one day at a club. Nothing wrong with ambition, but that job being already mapped at Rovers is not true. Will it become reality one day, I suspect no, as we are gonna kick those legs from the stool
