  1. My issue is the unprofessional outburst and aggressive nature of some of the club officials. They went to a place where they lost total control of their emotions and lashed out stating things they now clearly regret. We were just a panel of supporters giving our free time. I can't accept a retraction or minutes which state things which were never said or edits to change what was said , which in turn then make the published answer a lie and complete fabrication of the truth. Thankfully it appears particularly supporter group leads are all of the same opinion and are also rejecting on this basis
  2. Imo the club under their own FEP must publish the minutes as per the meeting. Being published elsewhere only let's them off hook, and the tampering go away
  3. Think we maybe waiting a while yet, edited version diluted to read completely differently, I've notified FF, as have others I reject the club edits as they are not in line in what was said (I note nothing was stipulated in the meeting as off the record), and the changes are in places a fabrication of the discussion
  4. To be clear, not one forum member to my knowledge has rejected the edited version, nor has the Chair or Secretary dismissed the request either. It was received in the sprit It was sent, and sent to the club. The only people holding things up are the club. The minutes are not ground breaking but demonstrate the questions asked and answers recieved , (should of been more questions) but would need more than one meeting for that.
  5. I recieved the first set of club approved minutes on the 18th July from a forum member as I was accidentally left of the circulation . I reviewed and requested if I could edit as i felt they were inaccuate. I sent edited version which was supported by other attendees on the 20th July to chair/secretary. When it went club I'm not sure, But its certainly been with them a while.
  6. I can answer thst , as i sent the edited version. Some things missed, some things needed more detail, some things misrepresented or incorrect. Duncan and I have agreed to do a podcast to talk about a number of things and no doubt we will discuss the FF meeting and add meat to the bones were applicable
  7. That game is our remembrance game for our fallen hero's, something completely lost on the club. I believe the 150 celebrations in the main have been diluted as much as possible so they dont have to spend any money in marking the achievement. Cheap and cheerful and milk the supporters where possible,
  8. To add, the flaw in the ff system is the original minutes go to the club for approval prior to being circulated to the FF attendees, with the intention they are on website within 48 hours of club approval. This needs to change, having no input into the minutes or agreement of the accuracy of minutes prior to going to the club has created this indigestion Its the process which is broken, not the people
  9. Writing minutes in a meeting with so much going on aint easy, so very unfair to take it out on O2G. He did the minutes, they were asked to be amended, he's obliged by sending the edited ones for approval. They are sat with the club, Taking lumps out of each other is exactly what the club would like to see.
  10. I made the point of asking LT after the meeting if id been any of the above She stated ive always conducted myself professionally and respectfully in all meetings she's attended in 15 years. I'd also say, the derogatory manner they spoke about those who have left., would need our transfer budget to pay the resulting fees. In 20 years its the most unprofessional panel of employees ive had the displeasure of sitting with for a couple of hours .
  11. Completely unprofessional, aggressive, dismissive and clueless
  12. As things stand the new FEP suggest everyone can attend the FF going forwards , be that 100, 1000. In terms of minutes I dont think there is anything now to stop all attendees writing their own or indeed reporting what was said , as its clear no one can be excluded. Minutes coming out when out of date is not an ideal situation. I believe these are still stuck with the club.
  13. Thanks for this, seems they are intent on lighting the blue torch paper!!!! "Gonna need a bigger boat"
  14. Timing could be bad if we end up with female CEO Bigger fish to fry i think
  15. Just to update as I appreciate things quiet on Coalition front. We are talking daily surrounding next steps. Its critically important we choose our moments as things go up and down across the supporter base dependent on that days news. I'm reliably informed Suhail returning to Ewood has not strengthened his position, quite the opposite. He's a man under immense pressure and potential replacements (I know not the best news) are already being considered. TRUSTED ADVISOR ,A term I strategically used twice during the FF meeting, is no longer a term that can be used as a fact, hence I used it!!!. The supporter silence publicly don't mean we are having the summer off. As recently elected Co-Chair of the trust, in conjunction with my Action Group Chair responsibilities, there is also some work to do here too, whilst I remain active in the Coalition too. WATR Needs to grow its credibility, something Ive been honest with the board from the start. Its going to take some hard graft, but I believe we've the board members to do this. Close season always a tough time for media pressure, but using this time wisely for the road in front of us all is critically important. Nothing has changed regarding the Coalitions position, As ive maintained the Coalition dont stop group activities, and as Action group lead I'm pressing on as I always do taking out things brick by brick, strategically This of course means less members of the coalition are involved with some things occurring purely to keep the hatches locked and prevent indirect leaks.
  16. Delay now on Club side, FF finished their updates some days ago.
  17. To be clear , the club to the best of my knowledge ain't holding the minutes up. They were signed off quickly. The accuracy of them is being discussed with the forum members. Ive been told , they've never asked for edits and nothing in the meeting was explicitly stated to not be minuted.
  18. Its more complex than this, club has to submit fan engagement plan forwards. Whilst if they choose to go bare minimum it needs to be a democratic voice.
  19. See that as extremely unlikely, though two groups im in will likely do so
  20. I believe they are completely breaching the EFL rules on fan engagement if this becomes the only vehicle
  21. Trust me, I'm extremely frustrated by the rules, but will respect them. Falling out with our fellow supporters is the last thing we need given how hard we've worked to bring the coalition together based on mutual respect. However what I do promise. If the minutes dont reflect what was said then I will be first to break ranks and clear them up. Ive always stood for transparency (I dont know any other way,) This is the supporters club being dismantled and I will always stand by my pledge to members of supporters groups I represent to always act honestly and with the utmost integrity. I've asked tonight where we are up to on mutually agreed minutes amongst the supporter attendees and no doubt will be emailed back once that communication is read. I was asked to attend by the club as the only ewood comms open , and against my own judgement chose to go. I got some points across but as you'd possibly appreciate one meeting was never going to be enough to discuss 15 years of complete incompetence
  22. The delay is not club related, minutes were drafted quickly and approved by club. Some of the points have been asked to be looked at again from attendees, on their first viewing of the approved minutes, so in essence the initial delay is duets this. So no conspiracy theory or minutes being altered by club at this stage.
